I had an excellent care and recognition as for my own medical attention. I came in on Friday 06/29/18 early morning with symptoms similar to a stroke, my entire right side leg through my hand was numb and tingling together with my face and tongue. I live less than 10 minutes away so I told my b/f to take me to the ER because it was a wired feeling. I got dressed that morning to go to work but losing my balance completely until I said let’s go. When I got there I was immediately taken to the triage room and met Dr. Willis and his nursing staff that morning, they were all so attentive to my care. The Dr, sent me lab work, ct scan, X-ray, urine all came back negative so since I was losing my balance he told me he would send me to see a Neurologist to send me an MRI and further testing, so when the MRI and vein Doppler in the neck was done my diagnosis came back to be MS Multiple Sclerosis. I was shocked because I heard of it but didn’t really know what it was and affects so as I am writing this, I really am happy I chose this hospital for my superior care. My family is as well in awe of the awesome care I have received. The food is delicious, food service comes around the next day to order the good you want to pick from the menu they have or can accommodate to your liking. The staff here is so patient and encouraging for you to be better. I can not say anything negative of this amazing hospital. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart! ❤️ Cynthia G. (2 weeks ago)

WORST EXPERIENCE ever June 27th 2018 my sister was in labor at this hospital and they refused to let her family be in the labor room with her. They force my sister to sign documents without her will. Convincing her that in case of an emergency that she would have C-section. These Doctor has no professionalism at all and the rest of the nurse staff. The only person that had any kind of heart was the security guards. They call security on me because they try to kick me out when she wanted me to be with her. I recommend them to close the hospital down. They have doctors that don't even love their job. They getting paid so much money to deliver baby's and have such a negative attitude. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone not even if they were dying. (3 weeks ago)

My Mother is being treated here - the second time in about two weeks. They discharged her too soon. She was admitted with dehydration and a possible small heart attack. Two days later she was discharged. Three days after her discharge I rushed her back to the ER because she was exhibiting what appeared to be signs of a stroke. Admitted again, but this time we’ve run into a couple of issues with staff not following proper, legal and ethical protocol. It’s unfortunate and I thank my Mother’s roommate and her family for sharing their observations with me. After I reported these two situations - I received prompt phone calls from individuals from the administrative team. We received a visit from Walter Brown, the Patient Access Director, who even brought Mom a lovely arrangement of flowers. He was extremely nice and reassuring. I’m confident that the administrative officers are working to get to the bottom of the slips in procedure. As for the rest of our experience, the hospital is nice, the ER staff is fabulous, we’ve been impressed with the quality of the hospital food (really good) and we are hopeful that the remainder of Mom’s stay will be good. And if it isn’t Walter Brown will make sure to turnaround the experience. (3 months ago)

The staff is extremely rude... I do not recommend this hospital to anyone... have been here for 12 hours and have yet to have a positive experience... nurses are to worried about gossiping than patients... One of the nurses stole a patients phone today and I highly doubt anything is gonna be done about it... there is no excuse for this ... this is unacceptable (2 weeks ago)

Fast ER, great staff. But takes to long to do Echocardiogram. My god the order was put in at 9am and still at 7:39pm nothing. They keep acting like oh they don't know what's going on. But please. (a month ago)
