this the most unhelpful emergency room i have ever dealt with!! when you are 2 hours away from your college daughter, you would hope a hospital would be helpful when they are in need but this place did the opposite!! they gave her medicine and when it gave her a rash, they would not give her new medicine unless she came back in and sat another 2 hours to get the same diagnosis they already had!! ridiculous!! i would not recommend going here for any medical needs!! The billing system is in terrible shape. My wife had blood drawn in October. She paid the bill on 11/8. The check cleared the bank on 11/17. Yet she received a past due statement that was generated 11/22 and on 12/1 received a collection call. When she explained that it had been paid and cleared she was transferred to the billing department where she had to leave a message. After several hours she left another message. Still no response. My dad is there right now in the ICU unit and they are giving him the best treatment ever. The nurses Dr. Maroc are outstanding they explain everything they are doing and what is going on. There's just so many to thank because they are all doing an outstanding job. (3 months ago)

Nurses misidentified. Dr's as well. The charge nurse leaned over my mother's dead body and smiled (laughed).said ooops!I must have left her hooked to the machine(blonde younger nurse ICU).Years of misconduct at this hospital.Refused to handle properly.death certificate not filled out with accurate info.for my mother Linda Rose Reed Carter Torrez. They gave me the run around for over a month just to get the records.I had just spoke to my mother three days before she died and she was happy and in good spirits, that was the first day of her admitance had a hard time getting a straight answer from Any of the staff. As a child they misdiagnosed me on numerous occasions. I could name incidents for days of mis conduct.I would not recomend this hospital to anyone. (2 months ago)

Not very visitor friendly. Uncomfortable chairs in waiting room AND in patient room. The charging station in waiting room had only 3 plugs out of 8 wires working. The staff WAS friendly and helpful. (4 months ago)
