This facility is excellent! I have worked over 40 years in patient care and this is the best I have seen. The entire staff was very repectful and courteous. They made every effort to insure patient satisfaction and understanding. I would highly recommend this facility to my family and friends! (a month ago)

The Staff and Doctors show concern and do all they can to get you through your procedure easy and with no problems. Staff made me feel at home! (3 weeks ago)

Don't get me wrong I love the labor and delivery nurses they are amazing but I live far from this hospital and choose to have my 4th delivery her since all my other children were born at this hospital! I was so wrong my experience with the doctor that delivered my child was horrible she laughed about me screaming in pain mocked me and asked the nurse why they even called her ended up pushing out my child 2minutes after her asking why they called her. Now I will forever think of her while thinking of my daughters birth. No wonder why they dont let you record deliveries. Even told the head nurse of my experience when asked about my stay its been almost 4months and haven't heard anything. (a month ago)

Went to a doctor on the outside of North Suburban and was checked out for 2 week old burns to both arms. The burns were almost fully healed but decided to get them checked out to see what the long term damage would be. Went to the burn clinic and it took about 15 minutes to get registered then I seen a nurse who took my dressing off and checked my blood pressure. The Doctor comes to the room and maybe said 5 words to me then I wait another 20 minutes for the nurse to come back and re gauze my arms. Get a bill from North Suburban for over 2000.00 they are charging me for an operating room service. When I called to ask about it the first person said it was for a cat scan, the 2nd person i spoke with said that i was charged for the OR room because of the room i was in when the nurse put gauze on me! No other explanations as to why they are saying its an operating room when clearly it wasn't. The nurses were very nice but this place made me see why insurance is so expensive, The doctors office just charge what ever they want to and insurance pays for it. I would have never noticed this but My insurance called to ask why i had surgery for. How many times do they get away with billing for something that was not done. I will definitely be getting someone to look over my bills and help me get to the bottom of this. I have also asked the insurance to investigate this. (3 months ago)

Gace birth to my youngest child here. The nurses were amazing and so helpful, however the on-call doctor was very cold and unfriendly. Overall the nurses made this a great experience! (a month ago)
