When I call for an appointment I can always get in within a couple days to a week! Unlike past doctors who are booked for weeks or months on end. And I never wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, maybe 15. They’re very good about seeing you right away. Unlike sitting for an hour even two hours before at other doctors offices! Those two reasons alone are why I continue to go Northshore! Let alone the two primary doctors I see are very caring, fabulous, women! I’ve been seeing them for 3 years now, and I will continue to go here! (2 months ago)

Kind of listened. 65$ doctor note with no insurance. Go to franciscan instead. Nurse touched my foot for 5 seconds and decided I was alright. Literally spent most of my time getting my blood pressure taken for no reason. (in the last week)

I went to north shore in portage with an eye injury in horrible pain (hospital ER wouldn’t see me without insurance) The staff was very friendly and the doctor did an amazing job helping me. I was referred to the north shore eye doctor in lake station the next day. They were also amazing helping in every aspect. I’m very greatful! Thank you 🙏🏻 (a month ago)

Doctors are decent but the pharmacy staff is always rude. Not once have I been here that the pharmacist hasn’t talked down to me like I’m stupid. Probably going to transfer all my prescriptions to the lake Station office. Even though it’s another trip to make its worth it (a week ago)

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER CHOICE!!!!!! Huge lack of communication between staff members. Show up 30 minutes early for appointment, too bad you’ll still wait an hour plus to be seen. I could go on and on, name names but this place doesn’t even deserve my time to write a proper review. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED (a week ago)
