If I could give a zero I would. My husband took my five year old daughter her tonight because she was feeling weak and vomiting for hours none stop... They waited in the Er for 4 hours. My daughter's was giving a pill to stop the vomiting but couldn't hold that down .No swabs were done to see if she has the flu, strep throat or ANYTHING... The nusre said I'll talk to the doctor and see what he he would recommend being that she can't keep the pill down. They waited 2 more hours just for the nurse to come back with paper prescription.. THAT'S IT! Never again. How do you not check a 5 year old child over More carefully. I'll be taking her somewhere else for better observations... So sad! (a month ago)

I needed my ring cut off due to swelling. In and out in 30 mins tops. The staff was amazing. Polite and helpful. I wish my hometown hospital had great staff like them. Thanks so much! (a month ago)

I had out patient surgery there yesterday and would like to thank all the pre and post nurses and staff. What a wonderful job they all did! I truly appreciated every last one of them. (2 months ago)

The billing staff have to be constantly reminded about how to file the billing to the VA. Not fun getting bills in the mail that should be covered and spend months getting it straightened out while at the same time getting calls and other letters in the mail from collectors. Also do your people in the cafeteria even care about cooking the food. I have had better food in a military tent in the middle of no where served to me, I wouldn't give your food to my dog. I know hospital food gets a bad rap but for what you charge for services it should be better than what you have. Honestly I think homeless people would try to return your food it is that bad. My son and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. L (I will not list her name for safety reasons) today and she was AMAZING!!!! I liked the friendliness of the staff (except the woman working check-in in ER this morning) and the service was great! So far both my sons have been to this hospital and received the help they needed. ~Cindy (4 months ago)
