My husband visits North Hills Therapy services twice a week and they are absolutely amazing. The front desk staff (Melissa and Theda) are the sweetest, most caring and helpful individuals I’ve ever had to deal with in a medical setting. If you need to change your appointment, they will try their hardest to accommodate you. The medical staff are knowledgeable and kind. My husband has visited a good number of therapists on staff and they are all equally attentive, kind and talented. They really know what they are doing there. He has his favorites like (Gay H.) but he’s not concerned when she’s booked up. We know that any therapist will be able to tend to his issues. This place should be the standard. Amazing people, excellent medical care in a clean and friendly environment. (a month ago)

This review is in regards to North Hills Outpatient Surgery, which is located at the back of the hospital. This hospital gets a "bad rap," with a lot of negative reviews. I can say that I was very impressed with the team at the outpatient surgery center and wouldn't hesitate recommending them. There were a few minor issues, but nothing that can't be easily overcome. Overall, the staff was great, from start to finish, particularly the nurses. (2 weeks ago)

I had my first surgery ever on May 4th, and I was extremely nervous. Everyone at Medical City North Hills were more than willing to answer all my questions and set my mind at ease. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, and I appreciate everyone! My only complaint would be that I didn’t like the food, but other than that I was highly impressed. Shout out to Ezekiel, Joyce, Jessica, Leahanna, Drew, and Dr. Ramirez. Thank you all for taking care of me! Everyone had Excellent beside manner, and the hospital was clean. (2 weeks ago)

This hospital is the reason why i will not be admitted to any hospital. The treatment my Dad received was poor. My dislike for female nurses and doctors have grown stronger now. How is it there are no doctors on the floors and in critical areas like ICU? How do you explain that! I seen nurses in ICU sitting around playing on their cell phones, not sure on how to work vital equipment or draw blood from a hard stick patient. The female nurse are good and making sure to undress, expose and put a folley catheter in a male patient which i guess the feel they have the right to. Now had it been a female patient and a male nurse was involved all hell would break loose. Bottom line i will make it my best effort to stay out of this or any other hospital (2 months ago)

The only reason why I'm giving this hospital five stars is because the administration there were incredibly helpful. The actual medical staff aren't anything really spectacular, and not as knowledgeable as other medical facilities I've been to. The records department did an excellent job getting me my records in a timely manner so I could get them to my doctor( I was already running ten minutes late to my doctor and I only ended up being 20 minutes late, 10 minute turnaround is pretty quick in my experience). They were friendly and courteous. On top of that Donna helped me resolve a billing issue and was incredibly friendly about it too. (5 months ago)
