In my opinion, this is the is a horrible hospital/health care facility. It took me two years to get an appointment with a primary care doctor, and I'm not alone there. I needed an in state doctor because one of my prescriptions is a "controlled substance" and cannot be written across state lines, legally. So for two years they caused so much duress they have been reported to multiple consumer protection agencies with favorable outcomes. If you are a "victim" of patient neglect, or what the state considers to be "unprofessional conduct" by a physician, you may report your issues to the following agencies: Vermont Adult Protective Services, Office for Civil Rights (OCR) at the Department of Health and Human Services and to the Vermont Secretary of State and Health Commissioner as well as the BBB. Google them all to file an online complaint. They are under constant scrutiny, for good reason. Their practices are neglectful and sub-par at best. There's something a patient of a hospital should never have to do; and that's chase down their own doctors and case worker for them to do their jobs. Doing their jobs means providing adequate care, which they do not. This is not opinion, I have physical reports proving so. FOR YOUR HEALTH'S SAKE - AVOID! Instead, look into going to Copley Hospital in Morrisville, VT. Give them a call and see the difference is care - (802) 888-8888. I really hope this review helps. I know people either 1 star it, or 5 star it, but this is a healthcare facility guys - don't risk it, it's so not worth it! (4 weeks ago)
