I was there for a week a few years ago for severe pneumonia which could of been avoided because I went before for flu and chest pain, they sent me home with no meds. I told them I get bronchitis often and to send me for x-ray to confirm but they said no. A week later I was in the hospital coughing up blood with a very low blood Oxygen level. After being there for a week they kept the same IV on and never checked on it and took home with me a blood clot. Smh. Also in 2007 I had a CT scan done and they had found a cyst on one of my adrenal glands and a couple on my kidney. Guess when I found out? I found out this year. I was never told about it. They do have some nice staff but they need to give better communication and care. Also doctor Reid is great and my PCP but other then that it needs to be totally taken over by Baystate. An amazing experience!! THANKS!! Love the service, the staff, the nurses, particularly Jeamie (hope I wrote right her name), and my Dr. Glover, surgeon. I felt safe in their hands and care. They explained everything in details, they answered all my questions before and after surgery. And thanks for the delicious coffee and toasts served! (8 months ago)

Staff nearly outted my trans friend. Does HIPPA mean anything anymore? Insensitive and unprofessional. (2 months ago)

Zero complaints. Great doctors, superb staff. (a month ago)

WORST HOSPITAL EVER! THEY ARE BETTER OFF BE CLOSED THAN BE WAITING HERE FOR OVER 3HOURS AND NO TREATMENT WHATS SO EVER! 😑😑😑 (4 months ago)
