Came in, from Geneva to get a new picc line put in. Had to go to the ER and register. Paid a $65 fee, sat here 2-1/2 hours before being told there wasn't any picc line nurses on duty. Now they say I will need to go to Clifton Springs Hospital to get the picc line changed.the ER clerk needs to be provided with up to date info on services. Wasted $65 and over 3 hr (4 weeks ago)

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in my entire life, if I could give a zero, I would. I have ongoing medical problems including a rare disease which they refused to acknowledge because I had 2 beers regardless of the fact that my personal file shows my brain and spinal MRI, all my xrays, multiple blood work, and explanation that I have a spinal tap coming up in a few days. Instead of taking the time to look at these things which show I have been experiencing numbness, muscle weakness, and chest/abdomen pain the doctor kept insisting that I must have had cocaine or that someone "might have drugged me". Frustrated and tired of not being listened to I asked to be discharged AND THE DOCTOR ARGUED WITH ME AND TRIED TO GET ME TO STAY TWICE. He continue to suggest I might have been drugged. That's not even touching base with how they were clearly displeased that I am in a queer relationship or that blood was spilled on my paperwork that I'm not even sure was mine. Absolutely horrible. As someone going into the medical field myself I am absolutely appalled at the way I was treated. You go into this field because you want to help people and make a difference not to be an ignorant, demeaning, and accusational bigot. Some people here should consider whether this is truly the field for them. You should all be ashamed. Side note: The check in staff were the most helpful and kind. Thank you for being the one speck of light in a horrible place. (2 months ago)

Wonderful hospital from the doctors and nurses to all the supporting staff. We are grateful for the great care and very friendly care at a difficult time. Thank you, Joan (2 months ago)

I am a Army Veteran and because the VA was not addressing my medical needs I was put into civilian care... Two major surgeries at Newark Wayne Hospital and both surgeries that Dr. Daniel Alexander did on me went bad. I will have a bum leg for the rest of my life and a lifetime infection that will never go away EVER...!!! I will end up dead early because I trusted Alexander and Rochester Newark Wayne! The way Alexander treats his patients is horrible, and because he has his name on the front entrance of the hospital he gets away with his meatball surgery and bad behavior to his patient's! The hospital puts up with him because he brings $$$$ and in turn the hospital says nothing about the complaints! (a month ago)

Bunch of a- holes. Don't know anything about deliving a baby. Contractions four min apart and the have proof at seven cm and sent home. Bunch of loosers!!! Will be sued!!! (a month ago)
