Took my daughter in because she started having a high fever the night before that we couldn’t keep down. Came in and it had gone down to 100.6. She didn’t start running the fever until after 4:30 pm the day before. I am here now and it’s 7:44 am. Dr. Alfonso Cardenas was the doctor she had in here. He was rude, and wouldn’t let us speak but maybe one word, got mad because we didn’t get her into her doctor when she started running a fever, and didn’t let us ask him any questions at all. As of right now, the hospital is the only choice we have due to the children’s clinic closing not having anymore appointments after 4:00pm and them not being open the next day til 8:30 am. Definitely do NOT recommend the emergency area here for anyone. I am having my 3rd child here in less than a month and i have never had problems here until now. Emergency here sucks!! He ended up diagnosing her with strep throat, but didn’t do a swap test. (2 weeks ago)

The birthing center is amazing. They are very attentive and helped me with bieng a first time mom. I would not have gone anywhere else for my birthing. Simply amazing. (in the last week)

They would not help my father who had scheduled surgery that was cancelled without letting us know. The reason was because he has more important patients!! Screw you Navarro!! I will sue you. You are killing my dad. (2 months ago)

Absolutely the worst emergency room ever everytime I've been the staff has been rude and inpatient .I took my son there one late night he was 3months, for breathing strange and I was waiting for hours my son was crying then finally I seen the doctor in the hall way he stopped and was just carrying a conversation with two nurses he was telling them he didn't want to see anymore patiences .I lost it I was so angry with the whole er staff I ended up leaving and telling them how awful they were .they don't care about anyone here if I were you I'd just go else where (2 months ago)

So I came up positive for strep throat at my pcp then my son comes home from school complaining about a sore throat. So I take him to the E.R because his pediatrician was already closed for the day. They swabbed him for strep and tell me he's negative. Rushed us out the door. Next morning my son feels worse, pediatrician is able to get him in. He swabs my son for strep and it's positive. So they misdiagnosed my son even after I told them that he's susceptible to strep throat. (6 months ago)
