My husband was having signs of chest pain and his chest felt like it was caving in. He wasn't able to breathe well for the week prior. We were treated horrible to begin with. The nurse in ECG room was not sympathetic at the least by the name of Heather. She refused to listen to my husband's concerns, did not care of the pain he was in and did not care of what it could have been even if the results were normal. My husband told her he felt dizzy like he was going to pass out and she said to him it's fine. My husband said it isn't fine! And she snapped back at him telling him it's fine he's on a bed not to worry about it. Not a very proactive nurse. She had no clue I am a nurse as well. And no clue I would be reporting her either. The x-ray tech was rude and inconsiderate as well. I went to give my husband a hug and she snapped at me with a smile and said "oh, you aren't coming with us, so go sit! !" In my head i was thinking why is this so funny to the nurses, my husband is in pain. I didn't get to give him a hug but sat and waited. It took an hour to get any response waiting for him. The only nurse that was able to help was in room 19 finally, Molly. Was the nicest nurse there and treated others with respect and tried to make everyone comfortable. This hospital is a black coffin so i recommend trying any other so you aren't carried out in a black bag. Most disrespectful group of children I've ever met! (3 months ago)

The worst irony and hypocrisy from a hospital. I’m sure the hospital itself is wanting to be the type of establishment a community needs, but nurses who ruin people’s lives due to their own poor habits are pure atrocities. If an individual has an addiction or problem, then by all means, I will not judge them for getting help; it is when they put innocent people at risk that their behavior becomes a tragedy. The staff here is wonderful. My husband was taken here by ambulance, along with our two and half year old son. The ER staff was so amazing with both of them. The nursing staff waited with my son until I was able to arrive from work. Once I got there, they were so kind and put me right at ease. The doctors, nurses, and tech staff were very informative and helpful as well. They made a very scary situation far less stressful than it could have been. They genuinely care about both their patients and family members involved. We didn't feel like just another number, which is wonderful. Definitely going here for any medical issues from here on out. Every Friday when I come in and work everyone brought me a Smile. Doctors and the nurses always brought me a smile. WiFi is awesome. (a month ago)

Took my 11 yr old daughter in last night due to blacking out and falling in the store, waited in the waiting room for 2 hrs finally got called back to a room that was totally filthy. When we got in the room the nurse told my daughter to put a gown on and she'll be rite back. She put her gown on and nobody came back in so we waited patiently for 45 with nobody peaking in ,vitals or anything. I know they were busy with flu patients or whatever but that was ridiculous. We finally left since obviously it wasn't important she blacked out. Will just go to Dr office today (2 months ago)
