I've lived in many places around the country and I've never met a staff so friendly and helpful. I had a surgery there not long after moving here and I was treated with respect and kindness. Now my primary doctor is in the Hospital Clinic and I love her. A doctor who listens and lets you talk to her. A doctor who explains every detail of a test and makes sure you have no questions. If you make an appointment, the staff will contact you with text reminders and other follow ups. Every visit or interaction has been above professional and genuine. I never spend time waiting, and always feel positive after leaving an appointment. These people deserve 5 star ratings in my opinion. I've also had a couple of visits to the ER and other than the normal waiting at any ER, I was treated exactly the same by each member of the staff including the ER doctor; and the treatment was fantastic. Each visit to the hospital in any department is always the same, friendly, fast, and professional. They are consistent over and over. I've been there more than normal and in many departments. They all work the same. Efficient. If you only knew... These people are getting results for me! Results others did not achieve in years. As one reviewer stated, we are very lucky to have a hospital staff like ours. I do not give out reviews for medical industry freely. I just can't say enough about our hospital. They have been an absolute blessing for me. (4 months ago)

I'm using my boyfriends account went to have my BROKEN hand checked, didn't get nothing for pain while I was there and nothing for home. This HOSPITAL is a joke the so "called doctor" I seen isn't even a physician of the hospital. Even tho i smoke marijuana, I got treated like a drug addict. This hospital NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD!!! This hospital states that they are state of the art facility doing all this for the community and yet they can't even help someone they has had a broken bone. I have been to this hospital for other things and have gotten the same sort of treatment from all of the staff at this hospital. The employees are so fake and judgmental towards the people who NEED there assistance with LIFE happening. (2 months ago)

I lived in Trinidad, CO, for a few mobths, after relocating my parents. Had to go the ER, at San Rafael. DON'T GO! The ER staff, doctors, are so unfriendly, extreme wait times, and considering the drug use in the area, you suffer, if you have broken any bones. Nothing like falling down stairs, breaking ankles, and getting no help. It was a judgemental, uncaring hospital. They need to realize, NOT EVERYONE IS A DRUG ADDICT OR POT SMOKING FOOL. As an RN, I am a patient advocate, and would NEVER allow a patient, with true needs, in pain, suffer. But the nurses at San Rafael, are NOT the patient advocates they are supposed to be. And the doctors, there, have abandoned their oath. I suffered, greatly, with a broken ankle & tibia. I have NEVER smoked marijuana, nor done drugs.....but was judged, treated horribly, and I actually had horrible pain. This hospital is worse then bad. I would NEVER even take a dog there. Wait times, ignorance, uneducated, judgemental & negative attitudes, are disgusting at this hospital. Sad. (7 months ago)

Fortunate to have a highly skilled staff and hospital in our rural community. (8 months ago)
