The staff in the ER are beyond Amazing. Dr. Gardner took care of my daughter in extreme obdominal pain. We came in during their earthquake preparedness day & even though the ER got busy each staff team member treated her & I with the best care. The Dr. set her up with an ob after finding a large cyst on her ovary. He explained in the reason for her separate pain viral gastric & cyst. We are truly Thankful for being kind, professional & caring . (a month ago)

I was hoping to be able to give Tooele's Mountain West Medical Center 5 stars. Only they decided to make one mistake. After my operation, my insurance company chose to wait 4.5 months to pay out. In the meantime, MWM continued to call me Every single day to harass me. So when my insurance company finally paid, I called MWM to pay my portion. First they lied to me and made me think they would let give them monthly payments. That's when I discovered that the hospital had put a lean out against me for the total amount of the original operation costs. So, after many months of being scared out of my mind by the Mountain West Medical business office, I was forced to pay my portion all at once in order to remove the lean. Next time, I'll LISTEN to the locals, and drive the extra 40 minutes to the UNIVERSITY OF UTAH hospital in Salt Lake City! (2 weeks ago)

I had to go to the ER with severe side pain and not being able to catch my breath. The ER Staff was AWESOME. Shout out to Greg, one of the nurses, who was not only attentive but funny.... made my day. Ü (a month ago)

The nurse Shannon in labor & delivery is extremely rude & unprofessional. She even slammed a door because I asked to have her managers info & someone else. After slamming the door she could be heard yelling something down the hallway about me the patient being "holy crap ridiculous!" , this is NOT okay for a hospital setting let alone where newborns & mother's are as well as the 2 visitors who witnessed this one being a child. I am yet to hear from the manager I asked call me over a week ago. Shannon should not be allowed to work in the field she is after an incident like that, I worry how many other people she will treat this way or has who maybe haven't spoken up? (2 months ago)
