Brought my mom into ER by ambulance yesterday. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, professional, and kind. They were busy so it took 12 hours before she was sent up to a room. Her care, so far, has been top -notch! It's a clean facility and actually has good food. We're very pleased! (in the last week)

My mother-in-law was brought her to the emergency room with a major heart problem. We have no problem with the treatment from the doctors and nurses. The administration was a nightmare!!! Kim, the, RN and acting social worker was too lazy to make a couple of phone calls to straighten out some insurance issues. My mother-in-law is 75 years old, of course Medicare will pay her hospital bill. They treated her like some deadbeat. Her heart stopped, she needs to go to rehab!!!!! Couldn't even be bothered to make a couple of calls to make that happen. Awful!!! (in the last week)

This review is long overdue but I just want to share what a great experience I've had in this hospital particularly with the Labor and Delivery ward. I've had a rough time with my delivery and I must say that the nurses there gave the optimum health care experience. The nurses surely know what they're doing and gave the best care for me and my baby. Everyone on the Maternity and NICU ward with special mention to Meredith, Sandy, Judy, Hannah, Laura, Jo and Lyn were just AWESOME including Dulce who maintains pristine rooms. Also to my OBGYN, Dr. Stephine Kramer and her team were just the best. I do hope the management would recognize their efforts in delivering the best care for their patients because they surely deserve it. Keep it up and I surely appreciate every help you have given us. I brought my husband into the ER late last Saturday night (2-17-2018) in extreme coronary distress. He was taken into a room almost immediately where there was a team of three nurses the doctor and respiratory tech. After determining that he was dealing with "Super Ventricular Tachycardia", they went right to work to get him back into a normal heart rate and rhythm. We were very impressed with how they worked together so seamlessly as if in an orchestra each tending to their specific duty. While all along they ALL made us both feel very comfortable as if we were the only people that mattered in this terribly scary situation. I am happy to say that they were able to stabilize him and after being admitted he remained in good care through the resulting procedures and the extra days spent in the facility. I wish I could remember the names of all of the staff involved in his emergent care, but want to let them know that they did a great job. Thank you (2 months ago)

First and foremost, the volunteer ladies in the admitting are ANGELS. They are funny and kind. The anesthesiologists are from Wisconsin, so they ARE THE BEST. I feel confident my health is being taken care of here, although it is my responsibility. Thank you all. (2 months ago)
