I had surgery here a while ago and it was smooth and painless. The nursing staff in short stay/recovery were wonderful. I have horrible anxiety so prior to my surgery I was almost in tears the whole time. I remember waiting to go back to the OR and the anesthesiologist sat with me to calm me down, he would often check back ever few minutes until I went back . He even brought me tissues. I felt not so alone. Post op was pretty smooth, a few bumps with launching new software and such. But I would definitely recommend this hospital . They are genuinely caring people . Everyone I met was competent, compassionate and understanding. Good job! (in the last week)

Our son was born 2.5 months early and was not doing well. The NICU at Moses Taylor was tremendous. Not only were they very knowledgeable but very friendly as well. They took the best care of our son for nearly 2 months and we couldn't have asked for better care. He is now 2 years old and is healthy as a whip. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! (a month ago)

Each and every time I go for blood work and x rays the staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. I have also been to the ER a few times and the same. Efficient, friendly staff. I never had to wait long in the ER even when my kids were sick. Thank you Moses Taylor. Anne Furiosi. (2 months ago)

Came into the emergency room with severe upper abdominal pain / back pain (thought it was heartburn) and there was only one Dr on staff for the night who apparently had a critical patient that took priority. Of course when you are in pain that's not what you want to hear, but now, hindsight its understandable. You cant always be top priority. The nurses were really great, they diagnosed my problem pretty quick after seeing me and doing a few tests (gallbladder) and within 36 hours I was on the surgery table. I had a very bad roommate the first day and that made the night awful with no sleep, but again, no fault of the hospital as they just didn't have the rooms available. Dr Roche was my surgeon and I believe did a great job. Surgery went well and recovery is going great. Considering a hospital isn't a hotel, my complaints are minor. Being healthy and out of pain in a few days is worth more than losing one night of sleep due to a disgruntled roommate. Will continue to come here if the need arises. Worth noting, I didn't even get to sit down in the emergency waiting room before my name was called to go back. Very quick on that end. (3 months ago)

I see why people want to give negative stars. My sister came in for an emergency check due to the fact that we just found out my sister has cancer.. the er doctor was rude and seemed like he didn’t want anything to do w us... He had no patience for us and the questions we had. He walked out of the room and threw his hands in the air and said he had other things to do. I’ve never experienced someone that rude. The nurses were the only good thing about this place.. (a week ago)
