Wish I could give it negative stars. I owed a bill to a pathologist. I paid it. One month later, I get a bill for the same thing. I called and was given an excuse. Now today, a full 6 weeks after paying my bill I am getting a notice that my FSA needs documentation. I looked on my FSA account and it would seem that Mosaic is trying to charge me twice. I am livid. Worst hospital on the planet. Mosaic came to this town to bankrupt as many people as possible. I will drive to KC to see a doctor and to have anything I need done. If there were a natural disaster in St Joseph this place will not be able to handle it. (in the last week)

Had a appointment this Friday am. To get a Heart score done. Receptionist was very polite and professional. I showed up 40 minutes early, they got me in and out. The nurse that took me back talked me through every step, again very polite and professional. Made my first visit great. Great job ladies, I did appreciate it. (3 months ago)

I had open heart surgery. I am very pleased with Drs Hodges and Schwabe. It was my time on the cardiac floor that was very unpleasant. One nurse was extremely rude and condescending. She showed zero empathy for the pain I was in and gave me a hard time for not wanting to eat. Another nurse barely spoke to me at all and another nurse told me in no uncertain terms what I was going to do. They had the nerve to complain that I was uncooperative. I will never go back. This place doesn't even deserve a star.....was in the E.R. for 5 hrs with my fiancé,because her doctor advised we go to their due to the fact that the doctor said she could of been having a mini stroke. They are the most non-compassionate group of people i have ever had the pleasure of being around!!!! The nurses were just sitting around and having a gay old time like nothing mattered to them... Not once did they try to make her feel comfortable and safe, they just came in and pushed buttons, poked her with needles and ran some expensive test with no explanation as to why or what for ... Everytime we would ask for a question their answer would be " I don't know" . People want a hospital that attends to their needs, not a hospital that attends to your wallet!!!! (2 months ago)

Just spoke with Blair and Kathy on the phone from the ER. They were very rude and uncaring with the situation I am dealing with. Staff needs to be trained in providing care and not being insensitive to people’s needs. I am very disatisfied with how my visit to the ER was on monday and how i was treated today. Trust me this hospital is a disgrace to healthcare. Mosaic only cares about money, not helping their patients. Customer service and caring for the patients should come first, Mosaic doesn’t care!
