Location and Directions

This place is disgraceful. They sent the balance of the bill owed after insurance paid 98% of it to the wrong address. They made one attempt to bill and then sent to collection agency 45 days after the date of service. Miraculously the collection agency was able to bill the correct address. Their nurses are incompetent and their doctors are rushed, impatient, and don't give you any information to make wise decisions on your health and treatment. The only reason this place stays busy is because of the convenient location. Shiny floors don't equal quality patient care. (3 months ago)

Emergency Room Visit on January 6, 2018. I called ahead and asked if they had any doctors on duty that could give a cortisone injection for pain. The emergency room receptionist assured me that they had several doctors on staff at the time, that could perform that procedure. After driving 45 minutes and waiting an hour in the ER we were told by a Physician's Assistant that it could not be done, that we should not have been told it could be done. Then the Physician's assistant offered "any drug" and promoted that we choose one, naming several narcotics. I then left within 5 minutes, never was offered to see a real medical doctor and we choose NOT to "choose" a medication of any kind to be given to me by a Physician's Assistant. Clearly, authority is given to Physician's Assistants outside the direct supervision of Medical Doctors and the staff that answers the phone are saying things without awareness. The charge for this awful so-called medical service was $969. Morristown Medical Center Emergency Services has lost their focus on quality of care, medical approval process and suitable protocol. I find this very sad and hope someone in leadership cares to resolve these issues. (2 months ago)

The most AMAZING experience of my life. I had my first baby there, and the head doctor of L&D, and all the doctors and nurses were absolutely stellar. Dr Bosen stayed TWO HOURS after his shift (he wasn't even my personal doctor!) to ensure a safe delivery. He literally saved me from a c-section. most of the nurses were amazing and supportive, with the exception of one who was super impatient, nasty, and couldn't seem to care less about me and what I wanted. She treated me like a baby - even though I was the mom. Either way, she was only on for one shift, thank G-d! The accommodations are wonderful, you feel like you are in a hotel. The post-partum care is out of this world! We had the best nurse ever! She stayed up with me all night, and was completely amazing. I highly recommend. (2 months ago)

This establishment is very large and clean. All staff members are very friendly. The restaurant is at the basement level. The menus include pizza, wrapped sandwiches and cooked food such as lasagna, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, mixed vegetables, and fruits. They are reasonably priced. I was expecting the prices to be high. The seating area is huge and clean. There's a Starbucks and a gift shop too. There's a small fee for parking. Great experience here. (4 months ago)

If I could rate in negative stars, I would. Spent a few hours in the er last night due to severe pain and swelling in my right leg and ankle. A nurse practitioner came in and said she was concerned I could have a blood clot. Sent me for x-rays of my ankle....the x-ray tech made the call to also take images of my foot and mentioned a possible bone infection. Then had an ultrasound on both legs to see if there were any blood clots. Waited awhile for a doctor to come in and go over the results, but I was discharged before ANYONE came to discuss. I told the discharging nurse that, and she went to get someone. The same nurse practitioner came back in, said I have no blood clots and she can't tell if I have a fracture so to follow up with my doctor in a week. Treated it like a sprain, and when I pressed her about the amount of swelling, she seemed like I was taking up too much of her time. I have had plenty of sprains, never had swelling like this and when I said that, she admitted the swelling I had was not consistent with a sprain but since the 2 tests she ordered came back "normal", she couldn't help me. Not once was I approached by an MD, they did not offer any other testing (despite the fact that I told her multiple times my toes were numb), and I was dismissed like I had come in with a runny nose. I had to ask to at least have my ankle wrapped, which I regretted immediately as she did it with the caution and care of an aggressive ogre. I will NEVER go here again. (a month ago)
