I was hospitalized for orthopedic surgery and everyone was professional, kind and helpful to me and my family. The entire experience was worthy of the Magnet Status you have achieved. The staff had to deal with a new computer program affecting the entire hospital on the day I was admitted, and even this did not deter the nurses or the doctors from performing well and caring for me throughout. Leadership from top down, showed that it is a place where the 'can do' spirit prevails. (a month ago)

My several stays in labor and delivery met me with extremely friendly and knowledgeable doctors and nurses. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. The hospital is extremely clean and very well taken care of. My baby was in nicu and the doctors and nurses there treated her like she was the most important patient. I feel like they would treat all their patients like that. I recently found out I was pregnant again and I'm def going back to Morristown. Another thing I have Medicaid insurance where most places don't even want to be bothered with me because of my insurance but they still treated me like a top patient. Highly recommend Morristown. Wait time is just ridiculous, I had to take my mom to ER with severe stomach pain. There is no sense of urgency. All doctors/nurses/workers are just having a great time without worrying about patients. Nurses would just tell you that you will be going for this test or that test and than you wait for someone to transport you for 2 hours. I gave 2 stars because of the person who offered to get a wheel chair for my mother while I handed my car at valet parking. I expected better care at this facility! (a month ago)

My fiancé came in for emergency tooth pain ; the ER nurses were wonderful. Went up to Dental Clinic & the woman at the front desk was the nastiest person I’ve ever met even to her coworkers! She’s snarky, rude & has a stick up her you know what. Says I don’t care if you’re his mother you are not allowed in here . Which is funny considering there’s other people going back with other patients. Will definitely never come back here and have referred all my friends & Family to a private practice which is much nicer. She needs some basic manners school. You will be hearing from me again when I make a formal complaint against the staff in there. Incompetent nincompoops (3 weeks ago)

This place is disgraceful. They sent the balance of the bill owed after insurance paid 98% of it to the wrong address. They made one attempt to bill and then sent to collection agency 45 days after the date of service. Miraculously the collection agency was able to bill the correct address. Their nurses are incompetent and their doctors are rushed, impatient, and don't give you any information to make wise decisions on your health and treatment. The only reason this place stays busy is because of the convenient location. Shiny floors don't equal quality patient care. (5 months ago)
