The most expensive hospital around. When the bill comes around they rape you like everyone else does but they do it just a bit more. I always see them in the paper getting donations but places that are bigger than castles shouldn’t be tax free or charge a few handfuls more than the two Joliet hospitals. I try to avoid at all costs. They are a good example of the saying ‘one hospital trip away from bankruptcy’. (a month ago)

Treatment professionals were fine. However, good luck with paying your bill. You will receive statements saying it is being sent to collections if you don't set up a payment plan. However, no one ever answers the phone when you call to do so. Nor do they return the many messages you may leave. (3 months ago)

This hospital has been struggling for about 2 years I think they are finally on there way back to a better place.... Have been very happy the last 3 visit... very clean.. (2 months ago)

Not sure if she was the doctor or a nurse but some lady named Amanda was standing outside my door getting information about my case and she decided that it was a great time to loudly express that my reason for being there was "NOT AN EMERGENCY, BUT OK". I'm livid. I lost a considerable amount of blood from a place where you should not even be bleeding in the first place and my primary care physician TOLD ME to go to the hospital when I called to make an appointment because of the symptoms I had before the bleeding but if she would have taken 2 seconds to let me fully explain what exactly happened maybe she would have realized that It is pretty damn serious. Don't make me feel stupid for seeking help. WOW. (5 months ago)

Scott in ER was so compassionate and on top of things, he gets 10 stars, Kim on the other hand was wretched and gets -5 so I meet in the middle with a 3. Rooms were kinda dirty but wait times were low. (2 months ago)
