All the nurses that I've dealt with were extraordinary considerate to me. Treated me like family. Nurses are the glue of any foundation I have had experience with. No I am not a nurse. You are treated as you treat others. I just have to assume that the people that have complained probably have terrible attitudes. I understand that if you are dealing in this kind of situation. More then likely you're not in a good mood in general. Just remember they (the staff) are there to help you. (2 months ago)

9AM APPT for blood work: arrive at 8:50AM. One patient being brought in for blood work as we arrive, one patient registering. The patient registering was a walk-in. An hour later, I’m called. AN HOUR? One technician on duty and you could bleed to death waiting on her she’s that slow! Awful place...will probably never go back as this is a common occurrence on a Saturday morning here! Worst move St. Barnabas ever did was take on this location. It’s in a horrible area, the staff is just nasty and if I could give it negative stars, I would. This location certainly DOES NOT live up to the St. Barnabas standards that I’m used to since my transplant 14 years ago. (2 months ago)

Very nasty staff, dirty rooms . Every time I came to visit my mother, she was pumped with xanax to "keep her calm". My mother is the most easy going patient in the hospital. I think they just didn't want to be bothered. They would rather sit at the nursing station and gossip. (3 months ago)

Infusion therapy center is outstanding. From the ladies at reception to nurses to Dr. Cohen. We chose to go here instead of Memorial Sloan Kettering. (3 months ago)

My mother was admitted to this hospital in Jan 2018 with a pre-existing heart condition. She received the best care both in the ER and CCU. The nurses, EMTs and techs were wonderful. My Mother was frightened because of her condition and I could not ask for better treatment. Kim and Sarah were two of the ER RNs who were exceptional. They really helped to make my Mom's difficult night in the ER so much better. Thank you to all of the RNs, EMTs and techs at Monmouth Medical for all that you do and for helping my Mom feel comfortable during a very difficult time. (4 months ago)
