Emergency surgery and Dr. Mills saved my life. Excellent care and thankful for the great team! Good food. Always there when needed. (3 months ago)

Very rude and very slow, does not have proper staff and has to consult with other hospitals that actually have Dr's working, 8 days after being transfered and still have no clue whats going on, definately do not come on holidays as it seems they allow all their staff to leave at the same time and try to run with limited staff, with would have been transfered to Bay City (in the last week)

My wife had surgery today, and was given a script for pain meds, but can't get them filled because there's not a 24-hour pharmacy, Hospital would not fill it for her and didn't send her home with anything for pain to get through the night, I think you need to change your policy since there is no 24-hour pharmacy in Midland County, but overall service was really good nurses were very helpful and nice and polite, just wish they would managing people's pain better and help get scripts filled when there's no 24-hour pharmacy don't think I should have to drive to Saginaw just to fill a script (a week ago)

Although I was there a long time ago for the birth of my first child, it was a total nightmare. Incompetent staff, screaming teen in the next space, awful doctor. I swore NEVER ever again for a hospital birth. My 2nd baby was a home birth & it was the best. No very stupid people to deal with & a peaceful environment. Oh, by the way, ignorant medical ppl, women weren't meant to give birth LYING on their backs. It's extremely painful and you so called professionals don't even get the most basic fact in the universe. (3 months ago)

Was admitted via urgent care on a Saturday, brought to a room and was being cared for within an hour! I can't say enough about the weekend nursing staff like clockwork with my meds, if I needed to use the bathroom, I pushed the bell and they were here boom! Everytime they came in, I was greeted with a smile, my name is, I'm here to..... before they would leave it was can I get you anything? Even if I them as soon as they left, always with a smile. I felt like I was being cared for by my family! Thank you Barbara, Terra, Lynn and Amanda. I hope I never have to come back but if I do I'll be cared for, this I know. P. S. The food, I know I know hospital food, but needing a low fat, low salt didn't mean no flavor. The salmon with citrus glaze was amazing! The doctors were also great but you only see them for a few mins a day. Shout out to T. J. In respiratory, thanks for helping me breath.! (3 months ago)
