Overall the hospital is really nice. The nurses are 50/50 half of them are nice and half of them have attitudes. But i learned they are very short staffed so they kept pulling people from other departments to help out where nurses should be. I never had the same nurse, the staff for the most part was always helpful and professional. Will definitely consider them again for future use. The food they offer was good too for being hospital food I was really surprised. (3 weeks ago)

I went here a few weeks ago. I checked in at the front and waited over an hour to be seen. It was aggrvating because people that walked in after me were being seen way before me. For that I'm giving 3 stars. We had to go up to the front multiple times and ask how much longer. We spent about 4 hours. Nurses were very friendly and nice. Lady who put in my IV was amazing and she did it so quick! (5 months ago)

I have been to this hospital several times with patients. They need to seriously consider revamping their registration process, the one they have now does not take the patients needs into consideration. I have had to wait with patients for 30+ min in the er while the patient was being registered. Midland memorial has the patients info for more than 5 hours at this point. The patient is being transported to the ICU. Why would they have an icu patient wait on the stretcher that long. It would be so much better for the patient, but midland memorial doesnt care about the patient just that all mighty dollar signs. Sad. (2 months ago)

The ER will "accept" your insurance but then pass you off to someone who doesn't actually accept it. You are then stuck with an out of network bill. Good luck trying to contact anyone at the hospital who cares about your situation. (5 months ago)

Friendly and courteous staffs!! My 9 days stay was awesome! ! (4 months ago)
