Five stars for both the Medical Records and Radiology departments. The woman that works in medical records who is right in the front of the office was superb. Very helpful and a step ahead of me answering the next question before I even asked it. Very quick and efficient. Radiology I had gone for a couple of MRI's and they were great both times. The front desk was also helpful each time and when I went to pick up my MRI results to bring to one of my doctors. (a month ago)

Don’t come here .. Doctor ignored my complaints and didn’t even bother to check anything or even at least pretend to care. I waited hours in a room for him to come in and say your fine go home. Without even trying to figure out my concerns. I know my body and when something doesn’t feel right and he dismissed me and it’s ok. How can he know what I feel when it’s my body. And to not even look into my concerns. I advise anyone to please go somewhere else because this place has done this before and they do not have a gear track record. So disappointing and I feel sad for their patients because the care they receive is slim to none. (a month ago)

Worst ER experience of my life, spent most of the time sitting in what they called a waiting room (glorified closet that they tossed some chairs in) for the fast track part of the ER (not fast at all, probably slower then going to an actual ER). The provider could not have cared less about my concerns. No tests were run no actual exam was done. Just a your fine follow up with your PCP and use hydrocortisone cream even though you stated clearly that hasnt worked.. not to mention I got to the pharmacy to pivk up the prescription to find out the provider gave 1/2 the strength you can buy over the counter. Which the pharmacist stated "clearly they do what they always do and just click a button without paying attention." They also did not allow my family to come back with me. They stated they had to remain in the waiting room. Absolutely unacceptable to treat patients or people in general this way. I urge anyone and everyone to avoid coming here if you have something going on.. Please go elsewhere. (a week ago)

The emergency room staff ejected me without my test results or discharge papers, the staff was very rude. They didn’t listen to my symptoms. As they were walking away from me they stated “don’t start something you can’t finish”. I payed thousands to be there, I wasn’t ever checked into a room and received no care or type of direction from them. (2 months ago)

This hospital almost killed my son when he went in for a routine tonsillectomy. The anesthesiologist ignored concerns about congestion in my son’s chest before surgery, which my son’s ear, nose & throat doctor said to watch for. Then my son wouldn’t wake up because he couldn’t breathe out the anesthesia. Thank God we were able to take a flight for life to Children’s Hospital in Austin where he almost immediately turned around. (2 months ago)
