If I could give a negative rating I would! This place is horrible. The worst ER nurses on the planet. They treat people like absolute dirt. I'm in the medical field and this place is by far the worst I've ever seen. I'm reporting them to whoever I can. Nurse's badges are turned around so you can't get their names. The worst nurse finally comes in and says they're more of a mental health hospital then a regular hospital. Shame on Methodist Hospital System for having people like this on staff! Save your family member and yourself go to somewhere else!! (in the last week)

Hard to find parking, a bit of confusion when arrived during to clerical error or missing reading notes that was scary upon admitting. The procedure from day prior was what they thought I was to do first at 11 am vs surgery at 11. Corrected but quite scary. Once got to back Celeste was GREAT at helping to relieve fear I had due to error. Still did not get surgery till 1. Dehydrated due to delay. Having a error like that can be terrifying when you are entrusting your life to surgery. Please fix it. (a month ago)

I am so excited to have had my Mother there for surgery. Dr. Oh was wonderful, nurses and techs, and everyone else went over and beyond what I could have asked for. We had to do a hospital transfer to get the care that my Mother needed and deserved. Everytime I called I got the answers and full report on my mother. Thanks so much !!! (a month ago)

The worst experience ever! First, I was taken to a tiny room where the biopsy I needed was performed; there was no privacy at all as hospital staff opened the door many times to speak to the radiologist while he had a needle stuck in my neck; a loud and annoying phone ringing off the hook and almost in my ear every 5 minutes (remember the room was minuscule to hold the equipment, the bed, and the employees); a nurse assistant texting next to me on “down” times, etc. After this unpleasant experience, I had to wait what it seemed a long time to receive my results. My doctor’s office and I were told it would take up to 5 business days, and we had to call every day afterwards and complain since it took longer. And later, a bill for $7,740 dollars for a simple biopsy!!! I was told by the financial officer (who spoke to me before the biopsy) the bill would be about $750, which I was requested to pay half at that moment. They came up later on with a huge list of procedures they now allege were done to me. Do not go there unless you want to be scammed! Save yourself from a bad experience. Fortunately, there are many ethical hospitals in the area to choose from. (3 weeks ago)

I'll just say if I decide to have a second child in the future, I'll go here. Staff was caring, attentive. As a first time mom, that's really what you need. Room was spacious and I liked the room service for me and my husband. I loved that they kept my newborn with me at all times and they answered all my worried questions. I guess I ended up saying more than my first sentence lol. But, that's how much I appreciated the experience of it all. My sister delivered her twins here back in 2014 and recommended this hospital to me. I recommend it, too. (5 months ago)
