Back today because my abdominal pain was soothe over by pain meds but kicked in with vengeance today at work. I am actually laying in the ER and no one has been in the room to make me aware of anything. I called the nurse button after waiting an hour and half and said "I hope y'all didn't forget about me" she replied "nobody did" and ended the call. I wish I knew how to take an IV out. Staff yesterday was much better. It sucks being in pain and you hear them from the desk laughing and talking. I will try my luck elsewhere next time. Sincerely ER room 18 (2 weeks ago)

Beware - the behavioral health and addiction recover unit here is a joke. Actually calling it a joke would be somewhat of a complement. The staff is inept, not aware of protocol, can't answer basic questions, provide different answers each time, transfer you to the wrong people. Outside of the not the full ticket staff, the treatment program, if I can even call it that is absurd. There is no treatment program and no ability for patience needing individual care to get the basics. As someone who only visited the facility it is bleak, institutional - as a sane person, I would go mad if i stayed there. The rooms only contain a bed a dresser drawer and a bathroom. No sunlight, no tv, no radio, nothing. The level of care is little to nothing aside from throwing a pill at the patients. This place is the stuff of nightmares. (a week ago)

Jessie, the lady who checked us in and did vitals on my daughter at the ER has an extremely rude, nonchalant demeanor. I was speaking to her about my daughter's conditions and reason for bringing her into the ER...she made it clear that she did not care. She never once even responded. She went on to ask all of the basic questions upon check-in and It felt like we were in an interrogation. I would have turned around and taken my daughter to another hospital if ahe hadn't been in so much pain. My advice to this hospital would be to train your staff be more welcoming and sincere to your patients. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, it's obvious that Jessie should not be in the medical field AT ALL. Wrong person in the wrong profession. (in the last week)

Easily accessible location less than a mile from 75 and the Campbell Rd exit. Near a Potbelly’s Restaurant, Chinese buffet, Jimmy John’s and Burger King. Nice and helpful employees. Three vending machines on the first floor. Clean, working environment. Plenty of parking. (a month ago)

If I could give a negative rating I would! This place is horrible. The worst ER nurses on the planet. They treat people like absolute dirt. I'm in the medical field and this place is by far the worst I've ever seen. I'm reporting them to whoever I can. Nurse's badges are turned around so you can't get their names. The worst nurse finally comes in and says they're more of a mental health hospital then a regular hospital. Shame on Methodist Hospital System for having people like this on staff! Save your family member and yourself go to somewhere else!! (2 months ago)
