Never have I seen more attentive doctors and nurses. Eager to answer questions, skilled at explaining what is happening and why. Willing to call me with updates. Always so pleasant, even under pressure. I love this hospital! (a week ago)

Says* This morning I had to go get checked out by the ER at Methodist Hospital in Mansfield... There ER team was about the worst ER team that I have ever had period. These folks were very aggressive and then rude. Even the charge nurse was a butt hole. The dude was rushing me and pulling me out of the bed for a heart patient, but I guess he didn’t read my chart... 25% heart pushing after it has been less then 10%. Then I have a broken leg that has not healed within the 4 years that I was hit by a drunk driver while putting gas in my truck... and that took the life of my boss at the time. My youngest son had to step in the way from this charge nurse. The charge nurse name is John Anthony B. Bad hospital services... ~Kevin (4 weeks ago)

Best ER experience ever(that is if you have to go to the ER). Every employee I encountered was absolutely delightful, professional, informative, and kind. Nurse Joshua in the ER is the BEST! This is my third visit to this ER and it’s always a positive experience. (2 weeks ago)

Lovely place with a wide range of facilities and equipment. Great staff and service. Took someone dear to me here to undergo a delicate procedure, which was a success thanks to the hardworking doctors and nurses. Very grateful that they gave me the chance to spend more time with my loved one. (2 months ago)

I was in the hospital and became confused. Apparently I was hard to handle. As my mind started clearing up, some of the nurses decided to retaliate. I spent the remainder of the night being humiliated by a small group of nurses. I don't think they know how alert I had become. Maybe they thought I wouldn't remember. As soon as the day shift nurse came on duty we had a nice conversation. A couple of hours later, I was discharged. If your loved one is confused, stay with them. Don't leave them alone, especially if they can be difficult (3 months ago)
