My brother was admitted for a somewhat simple procedure and less than 2 weeks later he died because of negligence by doctors, respiratory therapy and others. A major lawsuit will be filed. This has been a nightmare and his family has been lied to every step of the way. This hospital has gained a reputation as being a death trap. You come in for 1 thing and all hell breaks loose. The staff killed my brother. Respiratory therapy is a joke. They don't know what they are doing they introduced bacteria into my brother's trachea and in a few days he had staph and pneumonia and everything else you can imagine. They don't consider black people to be important enough to help them so they let them die because they don't matter. They didn't give us correct information about his condition until it was too late to move him to a more capable hospital to treat him. Doctors are moving their patients to other hospitals because they don't like the care or lack of care they're receiving. (a week ago)

My grandfather was admitted to this hospital a few days ago and had some serious health issues he was in ICU for several days, after a few more days had passed a social worker had come in his room and told my family and my grandfather " they have other people waiting in the Emergency Room and they need his room for another patient and that because he did not have Insurance he could not stay in the room " So my family and my grandfather were so worried that he would be sent home with no care and he seriously needed care. He was discharged and 3 hours later he was rushed to another Hospital and immediately was put on a ventilator and is now back in ICU I will be taking my complaint to the Texas Medical Board. Please Please Please if you love your family member and want them to LIVE DO NOT TAKE THEM TO METHODIST DALLAS IT IS A DEATH TRAP (in the last week)

They will leave you in the er waiting room to die before they will make any effort to help you. No matter how much pain you are in. My friend picked me up from there and took me to Parkland, where I was immediately admitted and taken to surgery. They would rather people die than have to do their job. (a month ago)

0 Stars! THE worst hospital in the state. Sat for 8 hours with NO progression. Call lights get ignored. Nurses & Doctors dissapear for hours but when they do come they like to chit chat about past coworkers instead of getting a patient better. DO NOT EVEN BRING YOUR WORST ENEMY TO DIE HERE! Once in a room you still wait 3.5hrs to see a Dr. & get meds(if they wanna give you some) Seriously this place is ridiculous! (a month ago)

Checked into the hospital with body pain they couldn't figure out what was wrong so they decided to remove my gallbladder. The worst part was waking up in the middle of the surgery. That was the most excruciating pain in my life. (in the last week)
