I took my son via ER @ 6am. I was hysterical, as I assumed I may have OD my child due to pain from wisdom teeth extractions. The front desk nurse or whatever her title was appeared to be very concerned w/me as a parent. A/B 8am, he saw a nurse. Later he saw the Dr. Next urine test, blood test, IV. Headache gone and my son feel so much better😊 thanks to Dr. Hunt and staff. My son was cold and I guess they saw him on camera sitting outside. The nurse went to him. I appreciate that and thank God for you all. 😇 Its really a nice facility with a bad wrap. 🤗Kudos. Keep doing what you're doing. Professional Grade👏 (in the last week)

If I could give it a zero it would be too high for the attention afforded to our beloved elderly who require emergency admittance. My loved one, 80 year old, was in this hospital for several days last week. Released and excruciating pain worsened, so back there today for re-admittance. She's been waiting 8 hours in emergency area for a room. What's wrong with the management and staff? Why not get her in their other hospital if no room? Sickening treatment. LL save your automated reply with email address for me to discuss further with rep. Just get her in a room & treat her in humane manner! (a month ago)

My 89year old mother recently had a surgical procedure there I could not be happier with the service. The surgeon Dr Osanne was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions and concerns. The staff on A 3 wing were excellent and took better care of my mother than I expected. She wanted to make sure I let the hospital know what good care she received and how much she liked everyone that she dealt with (a month ago)

This place have got to be one of the worst healthcare facilities around. I had heard about this hospital's reputation years ago, but i recently got a chance to experience it during a visit with a family member. The staff, when they showed up in the room, acted as if they didn't have a clue what was going on. One tech told my family member that she would not be able to complete her shower because she was too busy! Imagine that. The nurse was about to discharge my family member and really didnt have complete orders to do so, thus, making it an unsafe discharge. I had to speak up on behalf of my family member to prevent this from happening. I hope and pray to God that I or my family will NEVER have to be transported or transferred to this place. If I could have given this place a ZERO, I would have. (a week ago)

The Labor and Delivery portion of the hospital was A1! I'll be honest, I did not want to have my baby here bc of the negative reviews BUT the negative reviews are for the ER, not the labor and delivery. The staff and my doctor, Dr. Dotson, everything was GREAT! (a week ago)
