Wonderful care. Was passing through on my move back to Texas from Alabama .I'm 27 weeks pregnant and have hyperememise. I was throwing up and so sick. The nurses in L&D helped me tremendously! They were so kind. They honestly saved me .Thank y'all so much! (2 months ago)

Paid for a procedure and cancelled because of snow in January. Changed my mind and never rescheduled procedure. Called for my refund $254.00 and was told that they had to rebill my insurance company for my procedure done in November 2017. If this company messed up a claim why is the the individual who had the procedure responsible. My insurance paid the claim that was sent. Each of the procedures I paid my part in whole in advance. Be careful using this facility. I guess you should not trust yohr Dr or this hospital. (4 months ago)

I am very disappointed in this hospital. My son is 20 years old and went to the ER by himself on 1/17/18 because I was out of town and he was hurting. We have been living in Vicksburg for 10 years and don't use any of the clinics or hospital in Vicksburg. He was in so much pain and I told him to go on to the closest ER. I'm no doctor but I told him its possible he could have a kidney infection since the left side of his lower back was hurting. They had him to urinate in a cup but never comes back in the room to get it and check it. They did an X-ray on his back and comes back to tell him he has scoliosis. He's released from the hospital with 2 prescriptions and information on back pain but not scoliosis. How do you tell a person something like that and don't even explain to a young adult what is scoliosis. Now my son is at home scared to death that he won't be normal again. I will never ever use the services for my family at River Region Hospital or any other facilities in the Vicksburg area. (6 months ago)

Let's just say some doctors know what they're talking about and other ones don't but my visit to merit health have been pretty good (3 months ago)

I received better care from the VA when they were letting people die, than I did from this hospital. Unprofessional, and unskilled the "care" I received at this facility put my infant at risk and that is totally unacceptable. I think the only department that is good at its job, is the billing department though I don't think that it is acceptable to call someone two business days after a bill is received asking for payment, when discussion had already been had about an itemized copy of the charges. Your hospital is a joke. (4 months ago)
