My son was born here and it was an amazing experience. The facilities could definitely use updating but the staff was fantastic. Don’t judge a book by its cover. (2 months ago)

Had the opportunity to be at this hospital on Jan 10-11. The nursing staff we were around were very good. They were knowledgeable and attentive. The problem we had was with the bathroom facilities in the admittance area. The sick was almost stopped up which made it hard to wash your hands with dirty water standing in the sink. Also the toilets would like flush like they were suppose to. This needs to be addressed. (4 months ago)

If I could give them zero stars I would . Brought my 3 month old in cause he is straining so hard he turns red and still cant use the bathroom. Nose running and coughing . The joke of a doctor in the er looked in each ear said it's pollen. Walked out before we could ask questions . Was in the room 15 secs. Walked back in 5 mins later with discharge papers said they couldn't do anything for him. I would lay in the road and die before me or my family ever come back . Thanks for your 5 grand bill for your 15 secs of getting outta your chair. (a month ago)

I brought my 7 week old Granddaughter to your Emergency Room Sunday 2/11/18. After signing in a man came out to the waiting room and looked at her and assured us we'd be called right on back. After watching everyone else go before us I went to the window and asked the lady how long we'd have to sit out in the waiting room with a baby that had not even had her first set of shots, only to be asked if I wanted a mask. For the baby I asked her. She said well that's up to you. Finally we were called back to a room, five minutes in a man sticks his head in and said he was sorry that he should've moved us to the top of the list and had accidentally moved us to the bottom. Ok accidents happen, but we were not happy. The nurse that came in was very nice but the room looked as if it had not even been cleaned prior to the person in the room before as there was a barf bag in the garbage can with vomit in it. We were told the baby had RSV and we're sent on our way. We call her pediatrician this morning and they requested we bring her in. The doctor today informed us she had a terrible ear infection. You would think they would have checked her ears at the ER. We will NEVER be back to this hospital and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER darken their doors again!!! Feel free to email or text me if you'd like a picture of the nasty barf bag still in the garbage of our exam room. Makes you wonder if the bed had even been changed!! (3 months ago)

Don't do nothing for you had to go elsewhere to get the treatment I needed (a month ago)
