Dr. Blair was awesome. Some of these reviews make me laugh. People going into the E.R. for next to nothing and writing one star reviews because nobody takes them seriously is the highlight of this page 😂. Think some people need to realize that if you go into the E.R. without a medical emergency then the world isn't going to revolve around you. (in the last week)

Every time I come here no matter if it's serious or not, they take forever. I feel like they have hundreds of nurses but take forever to do anything and everything! The wait is ridiculous. Other than that, MOST nurses are welcoming but some are rude and disrespectful in my eyes. I only come here if I absolutely have too. (a month ago)

Your staff is very rude and tried to make me do things and force me to do medical treatment that wasn't right and they don't take advice when given who knows there body better then us ourselfs your staff is garbage my boyfriend was in there yesterday and they are not a hospital you want to go to it is so bad in fact I would rather lay in bed and die period don't be surprised when I show up with a lawyer and the feds my uncle is a FBI employee this ain't hard to do your staff needs better training and your hospital shut down period wish I could make it never exist but it is OK people need help yes but not your kind of help all your hospital does is practice and experiment with stuff rather then knowing there skills this all resulted in me having to remove my own medical equipment at witch also plz be prepared for the media attention coming your way (a week ago)

I would not return here if my life depended on it. They are beyond rude. I waited over two hours for a urine test for a UTI. Literally I could’ve bought the strips from cvs and done it myself in less than 5 minutes. When I asked what could be taking so long for a strip urine test, they called security on me. I also suffered a miscarriage here after being sent home twice being told there was nothing wrong. When I returned, having to bring my lost child with me, in tears and screaming from labor pain the nurse said “well this should be fun” and rolled her eyes. I have never been treated worse at any hospital in MI, and have had lawyers contact me about the treatment I received. We are pregnant again and I would rather drive to Ann Arbor even though I’m only ten minutes from this hospital. If you are a young mother or pregnant- DO NOT RISK COMING HERE. (3 months ago)

Regarding labor and delivery| Pros: nurses were nice, but that's about it. Cons: 1. they are extremely understaffed! 2. if you are there for induction, they have high rates of c sections because they rush to break your water, and leave no choice but to have an emergency c section after hours of it being ruptured. They admitted to this when I refused them breaking my water. Then next morning said "thank god you didn't let us, because it would have resulted in a c section" considering I hadn't progressed. 3. Regardless of how many times I told them to do delayed chord clamping, he cut the chord immediately anyways! And said it was "done pulsing" NO. It wasn't, it takes 2-5 minutes to finish transferring blood. Not 2 seconds after coming out of me! 4. They only checked up on my baby 1 time after he was born! (When the pediatrician came) At Trenton southshore they constantly came to check Baby when I went there with my first. 5. They didn't check up on me often either. After I gave birth, it felt like they thought me and baby should be on our own now. Never came in to make sure we were okay. son left the hospital having jaundice , a high level 16.5 . He was never treated with light therapy , so now weeks later he is still yellow and has to keep getting poked in the foot and have his blood drawn to keep tabs on it. It should have been treated before leaving. They said it's because they don't have a nicu. If you are high risk, or have any feeling of complications that might occur, please do not go here! For your baby's sake. Go somewhere else. This hospital is old, run down, and dangerous honestly. When it comes to bringing your baby into the world, take them to the best of the best. (4 months ago)
