First class care & service. Doctors & nurses are great. Best pot roast I've ever eaten. Had it for both lunch & dinner. Stuffed shells are also top of the line. All the food was good. Don't care for the bed alarm. Move the wrong way and it goes off, which I find to be very irritating. Finally, they took my word that I would not try to get out of bed and walk around without first contacting the nurses' station for assistance. (2 weeks ago)

I came in 20 years old a young adult, first time walking in a hospital needing help. I was pointed in the right direction by a very friendly nurse. She walked with me, showed me where to go, she made it as easy as possible. I then checked in to get my mouth looked at, got it looked at very promptly. All of the staff was so polite and helpful. It really made this whole process of needing help quick, easy, & painless. Thank you to all of the staff, keep up the excellent work! 5/5 stars. They're the best! (3 months ago)

I went to the ER Saturday, I got there at 7:00 pm I sat there for 4 1/2 hours,, When I arrived there was about 8 people in front of me. I sat there till 11:30 and had enough of the waiting, so I asked the nurse to cut wrist band off and she gave me a bunch of BS like, we will be able to get you back in a few minutes, but I wasn't going to sit there another hour,,,,, While I was sitting there a few people showed up after me ,,,,, they sat for about 2 hours and then the nurses started to call them back ,, and then a couple came in and one of the nurses recognized them and they got called back in a half hour ,,, that,s bull..... Sad (in the last week)

Your E.R. department needs an entire overhaul. Arrived at 11:50 am to see a doctor for severe acid reflux. Signed in and began waiting. At 3 pm asked how much longer and was told they had no idea. At 4 pm asked same question and received same answer. At 5 pm same routine. and also at 6pm. At that time I left. Your hospital should be moved to a third world country, because that's the kind of service you would receive there. You staff your E.R. like a home depot. Not enough staff to do the job efficiently. Keeping the cost down by not having enough doctors on staff. This is all about making as much money as possible and to hell with our patients and their well being. All your slogans and promises are GARBAGE. We as patients don't care about slogans and promises, all we want is to be treated in a timely manner. The person in charge of that department should be forced to sit there for 6-10 hours waiting to be seen by the few doctors that are available. Then you might see what you put us through. If you are not feeling well when you arrive, be assured that you will feel worse while waiting for 7-10 hours for them to call your name. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO OFFER THAT KIND OF SERVICE. They saved my life. Dr. Giovanni Ciuffo removed a cardiac myxoma from my aortic valve. And.... Emergency Dept found a pulmonary embolism in good time, right after that surgery. I choose Mercy for everything. (a week ago)
