If I could rate them ZERO I would. I went there and was not treated or helped when I had my inguinal hernia. NOBODY HELPED ME! Didn’t talk to anyone they just told me to wait, they took down my info and I waited for 6 hours. Then they send me a $2000 bill!! It’s been 6 years and they are still harassing me about it! Worst hospital ever (a month ago)

Great Medical Professionals. Truly caring and sympathetic. Next to Cancer Blood place. (2 months ago)

Stay away from this Hospital! We were accidentally taken to this Hospital by ambulance when my wife was in preterm labor. They couldn't find one working on ultrasound machine in the entire Hospital and they were planning on not doing anything for my wife or my unborn children other then catching them and tossing them out. They we're not going to resuscitate them because of their gestational age. I had to call 911 again from Mercy Folsom to have the fire department bring me to another hospital with a NICU so somebody would help my family out. After a few months at Mercy San Juan NICU I have two little bundles of joy that just turned two years old the other day. Stay away from this Hospital and pick some place else to go if you care about your family's health. The staff was awful and unprofessional, they were completely non sympathetic to anything that was happening. (2 months ago)

Don't tell them at the hospital if you have bipolar disorder. They will drag you around and treat you like a dog. I had had major surgery on one of my hands and they acted like it was nothing suppose it injuring it I have to go see my surgeon again to fix what they did. I was a victim of Someone putting drugs in my glass and my best friends instead of Compassion and dignity they put me in room for mental health. Well they never took care of me except to automatically show me a 5150. If you are bipolar I have any other me out I have if you this is not a place to stay especially if you do go to hospital have an advocate with you. These people have been very cool and yes I want you I want to take it so far and I started biting back. After I got here they held back my regular daily pills for my bipolar for over 24 hours, now I am in waiting again find my morning meds which they gave me a Tylenol which I'm not supposed to have because I'll be like kidney thing with t bipolar for over 24 hours, now I am in waiting again find my morning meds which they gave me a Tylenol which I'm not supposed to talke. Junkyard dogs would have more compassion for me than they did. I was a victim of a crime and we traded not with dignity and compassion but with judgment and threats. This is typical for the we who have no polar disorder are treated. I will never go to an ER again for anything. I'd like to. start a group that would Advocate for People were in the hospital with bipolar have a line to get in the call so that we could come in and help stand for the right and not be alone. That's it (2 months ago)

the worst... not helpful what so ever! never been in a hospital with bad staff that don't care (a month ago)
