All of these nurses and doctors are rude and arrogant! I give this hospital ZERO stars, mainly because of their disgusting horrible staff. You work with people who are sick and scared, you think as a nurse you should be rude and give someone attitude for asking a question?! If you don’t like your job here’s an idea, QUIT! So not only do they have horrible attitudes, but they also take their time as if people have no lives and want to spend hours at the emergency room. Spent 4 hours here so far with no results. Will NEVER come here again. Get your attitudes in check or else find a different profession 🖕🏻 (a week ago)

Horrible place. Waiting is the name of the game for this hospital. My father waited over 3 hours to be seen in the ER, didn’t get a room until the following day and I don’t believe the doctors ever see patients earlier than 5 pm most days. This is totally unacceptable. Doctor came to visit and my dad was downstairs in recovery still! So the nurses said HE missed the doctor. She then went and saw patients at her private practice and wouldn’t be back in until 5:45 pm. He ended up staying a few more days and each day was seen by the doctor after 5. It is now day 5 and she came by to discharge him at 6pm. He is still there waiting and it’s after 8pm. Really??? Receptionists and nurse at ER check in were rude and so were most of the nurses on floor 5 with the exception of the Charge nurse named Jennifer. She would help me or answer my questions as needed. Most everyone else was rude. Poor level of service!! I do have to say that the doctor he saw in the ER initially was very good. Her name was Monique (a week ago)

This review is for Dee that is the nurse on the sixth (6) floor. Her level of care as a nurse for my grandma has been above an beyond. She explains everything in great detail to my grandma. And takes care of everything my grandma needs with a positive atitude. Let’s just say we didn’t have a positive experience with a couple other nurses. Also Camryn has also been a great nurse. Loved the cheerful nurses who put up with some grumpy people! I was in here last year & again this year . I was truly amazed and pleased with the treatment while there & actually look forward to my next visit! (a month ago)

I went in through the ER due to a car accident I was in and being 31 weeks pregnant. I was taken to labor and delivery to have my babies heart monitored. My husband and I were greeted by the sweetest nurse Julie Scanlon. She knew I was uncomfortable and stayed with me the entire way! Made me feel better about my delivery at mercy when the time comes. She is a keeper, I wish more people in the health care industry cared as much about their patients as she did. I just hope she is there when I give birth. Thanks again Julie for your kindness and hospitality. I hope to see you soon! (4 months ago)
