I love this place. I know hospitals are big and experiences can vary from department; but I have never had a better experience in any other hospital. I have been here for 3days now, with the love of my life and our new baby; and I felt the need to get on here and brag about how wonderful everyone has been. From the skillful delivery staff who handled complications like a pro. To the doctor doing the circumcision that is so genuine your worry disappears, and the nurses who constantly check up on mom and baby in recovery. Even the cafeteria staff by the second day were treating me like a regular (and the food is awesome, I kinda want to come back just for the Philly cheese brisket). Alcohol the gift shop staff who helped me pick out a couple things and then waved to me every time I passed by after. I seriously can't stress on how wonderful and personable everyone is here. I mean it. Even to the extent that I've gotten coffee at the same time each morning and a nurse that I've happen to be in line with (that isn't even one of my nurses) asked how things are going by the second day . Granted I'm a friendly person so I'm sure that helps but everyone who I've had the pleasure of meeting has been just as nice back. If I could I'd have given 10 stars because I really feel everyone here does their job and does it well and with a friendly disposition. (2 months ago)

I have a sister who is developmentally disabled; she lives at Scenic Nursing and Rehab. She has had many trips to Mercy and overnight stays. The staff, I mean ALL THE STAFF, are wonderful. They are kind and patient. And, this is before they find out she has a delay. She had an intrusive procedure and the technician could not have been more understanding. I was shocked to see such a low rating for this hospital. These people are heaven sent. (2 months ago)

I don't appreciate the the glare that I got from the tech who took X-ray's of my son then ask with it seem like an attitude like I had done this to him. You should always look at people with an open mind working in the medical profession is not for u to put the blame but be their to help. From this service I received I would rather go father away from my home then to receive service like this again. (a week ago)

Over night ER staff rude bed side manner in the admission staff was lacking any personality. 1exception James the RN treated my family member with class and respect! The RN that was Yawning and lacking in not in updated on charts was asking questions between yawns they were rude in rushing to get outta here by 7am the crew replacing was awsawes thanks don't go to ER here for care at night you will not get it .(Except for James) (a week ago)

Here with my dad and Ashley the RN in the ER today is terrible with her bedside manner. She’s new here and knows nothing or nobody and uses it as an excuse to not actually answer a question. I’ve never had good experiences with this hospital and today was no different. (in the last week)
