Very nice experience. This place has excellent customer service and always goes above and beyond. It’s places like this that make you want to keep coming back and spend money with them. They make you feel valued and appreciated. I will be sure to tell all of my friends and family of my wonderful experience. I will be back to visit again soon. (a week ago)

This is the best hospital I ever been to. Everybody have treating me great. Waiting time is short and all the staff working there are very friendly. The way that the hospital is set up, the way that the staff are trained and coordinated their efforts to treat patients. The hospital is very clean and neat. If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would because it’s just the best hospital in my opinion.I got attended by a male nurse with blonde hair and a bun and also the other male nurse with the arm tattoo. They were just amazing treating me with respect and very caring. (a month ago)

The people are okay. The procedure went well for my grandma without issues. However, the nurses are so ghetto!! You can literally hear them fight and argue and they disappear and leave the assistants to do their work. Some nurses and assistants are really nice but the way they scream to each is like too much. I’m a supervisor myself and would NEVER allow my staff to treat each other like in front of our clients. They need some training on how to treat each other and how to work as a team. (3 weeks ago)

Last year I went to this Hospital through emergency they helped me, a Dr. saw me and I was happy for the service, I was there just for about two hours and I was fine because I did have medical insurance that’s was covering 100% any emergency at any Hospital, so I give them my insurance company name and card number. However and some how they didn’t send to the insurance company the bill and they send me the bill and I told them that I had insurance and gave them the info, the insurance said they didn’t received that bill, so after couple months they send that bill to collections and for ending my score at credit bureau went down 50 points, after nine months I’m still dealing with this frustrating and negative situation which is not fair. Mercy Hospital's E.R. makes an already stressful situation easier, they are located on the bay, and their wait time is very short. The last time I was there, I was called in before I had even made it to my seat. The hospital is always clean, well maintained and friendly staff who speak several languages. (a month ago)
