Location and Directions

Go to this ER at your own risk! The doctor will ask you questions then talk over you as you start to answer. Seems like everyone hates their job in there and you’re just another number. The place is run down. If you can, go someplace else. (2 months ago)

If I could give this hospital zero stars I would. Hmmmmmm where to start.... The receptionists at the emergency entrance all act like they have something up their butt. Rude, "you can't sit with us" attitude. We get it. You hate your life. But if I come in sick as hell I don't care how crappy your life is. But I suppose misery loves company. Next up is the actual diagnosing and etc... Yeah they don't care. They literally look for the most basic diagnosis without actually trying to make sure everything is okay. My boyfriend went there a week ago throwing up blood and they completely ignored that. He ended up having to go to the emergency room again but this time I took him to Westshore instead and they did everything and actually figured out what was wrong gave him the correct medication, and were actually comforting and kind. Even security was nice. But security at Oberlin, also, act like they have an attitude problem. Mean-mugging you for no reason. The nurses have ABSOLUTELY no clue how to do an IV. Expect to have blood everywhere because they are idiots. The Doctor (with the strong accent) is a moron too. He asks dumbass questions that have absolutely nothing to do with your conditions and he brushes you off like he has better things to do. Oberlin Hospital is by far THE worst hospital in Ohio thus far and is in dire need of reevaluation. They need better staff that actually care and Doctors that aren't morons. (2 months ago)

I have never had to wait to see a heaalth professional. Always thorough and professional. (3 months ago)

This facility Should Close its Doors I sent my son there because he had an infection in his eyelid. Rather than tell him about urgent care clinic two blocks away they "treated" him there. The "doctor" looked at him and said it was nothing to worry about and sent him home. They charged me $523 for waiting for the "doctor" and another $604 for the "doctor." (5 months ago)

great friendly staff! had a really bad kidney stone they got me in and feeling better and out ...always come here and i always will (4 months ago)
