I live in Fort Lauderdale and I always drive the extra mile to go to this hospital. It's the best hospital ever. The emergency room service is very fast. I delivered both of my children here and the nurses, doctors and service is excellent. The maternity ward is like a 5 star hotel. The doctors explains everything in terms we understand and they are very considerate. Ive been to this hospital multiple times and every visit never fail; service is wonderful. This will forever be my go to hospital!! (2 months ago)

This hospital is the best hospital ! when it comes to the RED ZONE & the cardiology team. I can give them that but the ER IS HORRIBLE !! Especially the peds ER . I recently went there because i was coughing up blood , mind you i live in Lake Worth & i take this ride when SERIOUS issues occur & it’s usually pleasant but this night The staff is rude .. they stared at me as if they didn’t know what to do , they were unhelpful & it seem as though their conversation about NOTHING was more important then assisting me with my bloody mouth . The wait was 2-4 hours long & i felt like that was definitely RIDICULOUS. I love this hospital only because they are good at what they do medicine wise but their customer service is a -0 if you asked me (a week ago)

My 83 year old Mother had to go to the Emergency Room. I am amazed at the level of care, professionalism and knowledge all the staff demonstrated. They all went above and beyond to assure my mother received prompt diagnostic testing, physicians evaluation and treatment for the medical conditions. Once admitted, the same exemplary care and professionalism continued all through the moment she was discharged and wheeled to the car at the valet. This was the first time a family member was treated at Memorial Regional Hospital and I highly recommend it. Normally we have gone to other area hospitals but from now on we will come here. Wow, where the hell do I begin with this crappy hospital? 1. My boyfriend is having flu-like symptoms, they put us into a room and say "A nurse will see you shortly" it's currently 1:33 AM. We have waited for over an hour. Still no nurse. 2. I had to use the restroom. You expect a hospital restroom to be immaculate, right? Wrong. There was brown gunk on the sink and piss on the floor. I should've taken a picture while I had a chance, but there is no way in hell I'll go back in there. Whoa, a doctor and nurse finally came in. Jesus Christ. And I thought Jackson North hospital was bad, but after this I think they've found their match. I completely understand hospitals are packed, especially because of flu-season and whatnot, but this is beyond ridiculous. (3 months ago)

Oh my. I placed an HONEST REVIEW on your website for MHW and YOUR institution blocked my access! Imagine that! And THAT IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF HOW YOU TREAT PATIENTS! If you block honesty and ignore them then nothing is wrong? Your actions SCREAM volumes! (2 months ago)
