Had my baby girl over a week ago. Labor and delivery nurses were so amazing! I love it here I’ve had all 3 of my babies here at this hospital. (a month ago)

We came into the hospital Monday on orders from the Angelina health district, and we were seen by Dr. Sanders. My father is a diabetic & had a wound on his foot, Dr. Sanders seem irritated & kept cutting us off & just seemed like he was just annoyed with us. Very unpleasant visit! We came back on Wednesday because there was something wrong with my father & we got blown off the first time; our second visit was more pleasurable all the Nurses & Dr. On staff took the time to listen & address our concerns. Great staff and facility. Took very good care of my father in the ICU (a month ago)

Had a horrible experience at this hospital last week with my elderly father. He was in need of immediate medical attention. They released him with a fine bill of health. Next day back to the ER because he couldn't stand at all. Had multiple wounds from the constant falling, that they wouldn't treat. 3rd trip to the ER, they wanted to release him again. I refused to pick him up, so they finally came up with a solution. If you have an elderly parent that is ill find a different health care facility. (9 months ago)

Went in as an out patient for an MRI. After waiting a week for an appointment I was told to be there at 2:30 to register and MRI at 3. I did not get called to sign paper work until 3:15. Took 5 minutes at the most. Then waited until 4:10 for MRI. All the staff was very courteous thank goodness. I had to take off work to have this done. I spent an hour and 40 minutes of time waiting. I was told this is normal practice. Poor customer service on the hospitals part! (a year ago)
