I have been to the ER many times and this was a great experience for my mom and I. She came in, was promptly greeted, sat down for 10 minutes and then went to triage. After that we got a room and everyone we spoke to was courteous and kind. The doctor spoke to my mom which the nurse took down notes, which is a great system. She had an EKG and X-ray all in the room! I was very impressed with our visit. (2 weeks ago)

I went in for an out patient procedure and received excellent care! Everybody from registration, financial office to the nurses and staff in the OR were Amazing. Everybody was so nice and made me feel as comfortable as possible. (2 weeks ago)

I was misdiagnosed with shingles at an urgent care and ended up here as I was in a lot of pain at this point. The staff was friendly and made you feel comfortable, two male nurses were attentive and had good bedside manner. The female doctor, Dr. Feinstein I believe, answered all my questions. The wait time to get a bed was very quick. They found the issue and after my course of antibiotics I hope to feel better soon. (3 months ago)

We've had two babies here...well my wife's had them...I'm just the help...in any case, great hospital, very professional staff, always with the human touch, sincerely caring and loving people, honestly I only have good memories at Memorial, ha! Get it? (2 weeks ago)

You have to watch these people. When my first son was born the nurse without is knowing it shoved a bottle of formula in his mouth. He then rejected breast milk after that. They are agents to the US corporations and don't care about your child's health. I should have sued them. (a week ago)
