I had surgery at Memorial Herman on Friday, April 20 and the nurses, anesthesiologist, and Doctors were amazing! I was incredibly nervous and I was made to feel safe and cared for. My nurse was so sweet! I wish I could remember her name. She was the best! I got THE BEST care money or insurance can buy! The experience was A+ from the time I walked in until the time I left. From the staff at the front desk to the James in the business office, I was treated like I was the only patient there.I've been called several times at home from the nurse and the anesthesiologist to see how I was doing. I appreciate that. I will recommend Memorial Herman Sugarland to all my friends and family! Thank you for your awesome care! (2 months ago)

One star short because th pre-admin called and didn’t have all the info, called three times to schedule, then reschedule (including on day of surgery). If I could separate them, I’d give the hardworking nurse/doctor staff 5 Stars. They were kind and fun loving even toward the end of shift. I asked some hard questions in a respectful manner and they answered. This established my trust. It’s hard to smile and take a beating and do it standing on your feet all day. I worked retail, I understand. But these nurses and doctors deal with very sick people. We aren’t always on our best behavior when we feel “bleh”. Never once did they let me down. Thanks guys! Just had my second son here, and it was the best experience ever. Nurses and staff are amazing, and the nurses in NICU are angels. I kind of didn't want to leave. Absolutely amazing. (2 months ago)

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Doctors apparently dont know how to human with their patients, it seems as if they're only there for the money. Came here to wait half an hour, spent 5-10 minutes with the doctor herself, signed a couple of forms, and left with $400 charged to my insurance. You're better off googling your own home remedies than going to this place. (4 months ago)

Was just at Memorial Hermann, I went in for extreme hip and back pain. Wasn't hooked up to the heart monitor, bp macheim, no IV. Wasn't offered a wheelchair at any point even though I was limping. My nurse was nice the whole time, he was great. My doctor was very dismissive, told me that the ER doesn't do MRIs because MRIs can't show anything that is for an emergency. I had a doctor's order for both a x-ray and MRI and just had my condition deteriorating too quickly and that's why I went to the ER. Instead I'm going to Methodists because they actually offered to help me when my parents called them. Even that hospital said they hadn't heard of someone being treated as poorly as I had been treated. Thanks to my nurses at least, you guys were great. (a month ago)
