I had surgery at Memorial Herman on Friday, April 20 and the nurses, anesthesiologist, and Doctors were amazing! I was incredibly nervous and I was made to feel safe and cared for. My nurse was so sweet! I wish I could remember her name. She was the best! I got THE BEST care money or insurance can buy! The experience was A+ from the time I walked in until the time I left. From the staff at the front desk to the James in the business office, I was treated like I was the only patient there.I've been called several times at home from the nurse and the anesthesiologist to see how I was doing. I appreciate that. I will recommend Memorial Herman Sugarland to all my friends and family! Thank you for your awesome care! (4 weeks ago)

Just had my second son here, and it was the best experience ever. Nurses and staff are amazing, and the nurses in NICU are angels. I kind of didn't want to leave. Absolutely amazing. (a month ago)

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Doctors apparently dont know how to human with their patients, it seems as if they're only there for the money. Came here to wait half an hour, spent 5-10 minutes with the doctor herself, signed a couple of forms, and left with $400 charged to my insurance. You're better off googling your own home remedies than going to this place. (2 months ago)

I wouldn't even give them 1 star!! Stay away from this hospital!! I have never in my life ever been treated, lied to or felt unsafe at a hospital like I did this one. There is not enough room to write about all the bad things that happened here. Long story short, they lied and said I was in active labor twice and was dilating and thinning and both times my doctor came next day and said I could go home because I was not dilating and was not in active labor. Nurse had said I went from 2, to 3 to 4. Wow!! What a huge mistake. Them a nurse checked my cervix and didn't know how and hurt me so bad I cried. Immediately I started aging contractions back to back and again told active labor. The nurse disrupted my membranes and almost cause my child to be born too early!! Put me in a room all day that smelled like sewage and charged me full price!! Them double charged me for blood work and tests in which they had to fix. Not to mention all the times they messed up my billing with my insurance. When I called I got the run around and half the time my calls were not returned. The customer advocate lady named Judy bell was HORRIBLE! When I spoke to her she blew me off and didn't even let me out in my full complaint. She directed me to speak to the director of labor and delivery Angela. Angela flat out lied about the services and refused to make things right! I even spoke to Rob in billing who also refused to make things right. This hospital is a SCAM!! I received 3 bills in the mail for 10,000 before insurance coverage and was expected to pay for the nurses making mistakes. They tried to blame it on the doctors mentioning they make the final calls. Well they go off what the nurses tell them and the nurses at this hospital have no idea what they are doing!!! And because if their mistakes my unborn child almost suffer because of it and I'm having to pay a ton of money when I could have been sent home both visits. Not to mention the doctors HAVE NO COMMUNICATION with each other or the nurses. So unorganized!! What a nightmare. Once I really went into labor the epidural was given to me and stopped working. I told the nurse several times and they had the anesthesiologist Came back and give me more which didn't work. I told the nurse and she did nothing. Since I was given patosin the pain was horrible!! Overall my entire experience here was horrible and when you complain nobody cares. Every department told me to speak to Angela the director. Well Angela lied about everything! Due to Angela, Rob , Judy bell and Stephanie,--- I will be writing a letter to the chief executive of the hospital letting him know about my experience. People like this should not be working with customers. I will be letting all my friends and family know about my experience. This hospital is a scam and will charge you a ton for unnecessary services!! (2 months ago)

Wish I could give it 0 stars I have been fighting with them for two years over the fact they denied me treated because of my age. Today I finally gave in when a lawyer called and almost threatened me . But that doesn’t mean you win I’ve lived my life in pain for two years cause of you but yet I haven’t given up. Screw this place none of my family will ever come to this hospital even in emergencies we now drive all the way to st Luke’s (a month ago)
