I love this facility. They are very prompt. if your appt is at 10 you can rest assured you will be seen then. Staff is also very courteous and friendly. Can’t image what cause some to say they were trash, absolutely NOT. (3 months ago)

Everything was fine until I met one hispanic nurse, Melina. with short black hair that made my whole experience awkward. She asked me questions with face expressions that made me feel like she wasn't believing what I was saying about not being able to breath right. Then she asks me why I didn't go a week ago, why is today so special that made me think to go to the hospital today. I'm sure there's a less hostile way to go about things. Then when I'm told I have an upper respiratory infection and about to be discharged she comes back and tells me what my other nurse and Dr already told me, "did you hear your results were negative?" Then she stares for a while and says, "it's a good thing." I know it's a good thing. Even my bf thought she was awkward. As a patient I need to be able to feel I can trust my nurse/Dr to believe what I say instead of being looked at and questioned like I'm lying. They definitely need to train their nurses in bedside manners. (4 months ago)

I have personally had a good experience. Ill admit the er was a little slow, but they were very thorough with there testing and diagnosis. The staff have been absolutely friendly, courteous, and very professional. The food here was really good, far from what I expected. (4 months ago)

This hospital refused to treat me for pneumonia. I am now at a hospital that my insurance may not cover, because I was told my only 2 options were to come here or go home against medical advice. Didn't care that I could be stuck paying it off the rest of my life. And I had already gone through the emergency process and had an IV put in! Whatever Dr is responsible for refusing my treatment, I hope he pays dearly for this!!! (8 months ago)

I was transferred and admitted before Thanksgiving. I received excellent care during one of the scariest experiences of my life. I was on the 4th floor. Some nurses that really made my stay better were Joesph, LeAnn and Jasmine. Joesph was there almost everyday I was and he brought smiles, conversations and excellent care. LeAnn is basically superwoman. She is very understanding and accomdating. Jasmine was my nurse on my last day and really comforted me during an emotional breakdown, which isn't technically her job, but it was exactly what I needed. Thank you! (5 months ago)
