Large campus providing all the services one would need in a hospital center. Download the map app to find your way around as the campus is comprised of multiple buildings of multiple levels. The "hospital components" tend to be centered around the main building and the tower, with offices and ambulatory spaces taking up buildings 3, 4 and 5. The outpatient surgery department recently moved to the 12th floor of the tower and the renovated space is quite nice. (2 months ago)

Excellent doctors and nurses. I truly appreciate the service I received. Entire staff was very pleasant to be with. Keep up the good work. (2 months ago)

I have to say that one CNA they have there is by far the worse. He shouldn't even be employed there, he works on the East Tower side on the 8th floor at night. His name is Donald Matthews Jr. He sexually harassed me on the elevator one night, and when I've called to complain everyone acts as if this is completely normal, and they act very nonchalant about the whole thing. And when I've called I've just been redirected multiple times to different departments and different people all who can't tell me anything or help me out they just redirect me to someone else. I'm considering filing a law suit against the hospital and him. This is completely inappropriate and unacceptable and shouldn't even be allowed. (a month ago)

Wife had left shoulder replacement. From the time we checked in (5 am) staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and doing whatever was needed. Surgery staff informative and nurses and all care when in the room were very gracious and helpful. Best hospital stay that we ever had. (6 months ago)

More than 5 hours waiting on the E.R. to get someone's attention. Blood test + urine test + CT scan + No answers to what was causing the pain = $5000 AFTER Insurance negotiation (would have been $9000 without insurance negotiation), That is $3000 out of my pocket. This hospital only seems to care about profit. I hope I never need to return to this place. Edit: They replied to this post asking for more details to "look into this". I've already called them, explained/complained about the bad service and excessive cost. They didn't care about anything I said. The bill didn't change. Stay away from this E.R. (4 months ago)
