I was recently a patient in the infusion center. The service and quality of care that I received was absolutely excellent. The staff was intelligent, caring, efficient, fun, and very positive. They provided me with a perfect blend of caring and support, while maintaining a very high level of personal dignity and patient independence. For me, it was a very good patient experience. My sincere thank you goes to Erica, Michelle, Kate, Jamie, Margaret, Nan, Jan, Brandi, Darlene, and Janice. I hope I did not miss anybody. God bless all of you. Mark Maciejewski (6 months ago)

Almost killed my Mom three years ago. Sent her home from ER with jaundice after finding her gallbladder was failing. The ER doctor said to call a surgeon in two days to get it out. She went to the appointment, and the surgeon said she was dying and Memorial did not have the proper equipment to do a scope, and she needed to go stat to a bigger hospital. She was rushed to MClaren in Flint, where she was in stage 7. MClaren saved her life!!!! My rating of Memorial is worst than one star....... (3 months ago)

My father was treated many times in the Memorial Healthcare ED and always received exceptional care. The staff and doctors are attentive, compassionate and always kept the family updated as to the status of his care and next steps. I would recommend this hospital to all of my family and friends. Top notch staff, hospital and care. (7 months ago)
