Been here 2 hours waiting outside before they brought us in, and now sitting in a room for 20 min waiting for a Dr. my husband have something on his eye and can't barely see. You can even hear staff laughing around, is just not any type of urgency on this people. Choose to try it for the first time (will be the last for sure) and not impressed. Is not busy at all (not even an ambulance have walked in), lots of staff hanging around but it looks like nobody is doing anything. (Update: 4 hours later and still waiting for a Dr.) Arrival time 10:50pm, actual time 3:00am. And on top of that everyone that have come after us have been seen already.) SMH (a month ago)

I've been using this hospital for years. But some thing has happened with this place. I'm so disappointed with the staff and the facilities. Looked old and gloomy. The staff was very unkempt. Paying more attention to the cell phone. I had to leave. I was not happy at all. I went Washington' st location and the registration person was very rude. So I left again and now at Holy cross. Nice and clean with smiles all around. (2 months ago)

THE HOSPITAL DID NOTHING TO REPREMAND THIS “DOCTOR” AFTER MY EXPERIENCE. The worst experience I’ve had with a doctor is with the urologist “doctor” Jack A pine. If I could give him negative stars I would. Two years ago I had kidney stones on Christmas and a kidney infection. Dr.pine was trying to put me through TWO surgery’s within a week apart. When I questioned him he started screaming at me in the hospital. At one point his hands were shaking he was so offended and mad that I would think about questioning his education. Previous encounters involved smart remarks at me. I didn’t feel comfortable having him opetate on me in his mental state so I told him that I want a second oppionion. He then proceeded to yell, told me “good luck on finding a surgeon” stormed out and started cursing and yelling at the staff on the floor. The head nurse had to close my hospital room door because she didn’t want me to hear him cursing and screaming. The unprofessional bedside manor of this man was disgusting and shameful on himself and the hospital!! Since he was the head urologist at memorial hospital no other urologist would do the surgery for fear of him finding out. It took THREE DAYS!! For the hospital to finally find a urologist to help me. He did one surgery and i was all better. He should loose his medical licence. (a month ago)

The good part? They have an impressive patient's website to contact your doctor. The bad part? The doctors never reply to your questions... (2 months ago)
