I love Dr Chan Aung peds office, he is a hard working doctor that continues to educate himself about health care and medical changes, he practice what he preaches and he also talks to my boys about other areas of their lives. The other doctor there saw my son, she too is great! My oldest son aged out but I have a few more years with my other two...I will miss them. The staff are great, they encouraged me to go into healthcare, & that decision changed my life for the best!!! (a month ago)

Good Sam has one of the worst and slowest Er's in Maryland the staff get an attitude and are nasty not all but most when you try to ask questions about things pertaining to the visit. It just amazing me how everyone gives you the run around and nobody knows anything but they know when it's time to go home ridiculous. My client (elderly) has been here since this afternoon waiting Unacceptable, No Excuses because thats all i have been told today No one cares then I really wish we didn't have to come here.. Poor Services I Wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone (6 months ago)

I came in last night /this morning, I was short of breath, dizzy and covered in hives,I was put in room 23 after registration, which was very fast compared to other hospitals in Baltimore,The nurse was very professional her name starts with M,can't remember. The problem I had was that I wasn't given the best care,no blood work was done to determine why I had the hives despite the fact that I told them it started after having surgery last month,I was just given benadryl and steroids. My blood pressure was150/89 and was discharged 3 hours later, without checking to see if it was still elevated or had gone down.I felt it was a waste of time.I asked the Nurse if they will test my blood after drawing 4 bottles from me,she said that the Doctor ,Dr Mums didn't request for blood work to be done. I can understand if I didn't have any insurance but I do have insurance,This is really unacceptable,I personally will not recommended Good Samaritan Hospital to anyone. (7 months ago)

This place is a glorified prison. You're given zero freedom to come and go as you please. You're given decent therapy but the other 21 hours of the day here are an absolute waste and you're just here so they can collect insurance money since inpatient generates more revenue than outpatient. Thanks for wasting my time by not allowing me to be strictly outpatient. (8 months ago)

Nursing staff on the 2nd floor east wing and physical and occupational therapy very knowledgeable and compassionate and in tune with you as a patient. Recommended Point if contact Jeanette,Alyshia, Nicole,Candace,Kemi nurses and floor techs.
