Waited 5 hours to not be seen fiancé told nurses that she felt like she was gonna faint and was dizzy and they made her wait 3 hours before drawing blood the nurse couldn’t draw the blood correct then took x rays with her wearing jewelry on just to send her back in waiting for another 2 hours to not say anything except keep her in a plastic chair crying in pain. Never going back there again! We ended up saying take the needle out her arm and we were leaving cause she rather lay in her own bed in pain the a plastic chair. We even asked how much longer was told could be till 5am when we got there at 9pm. Just get rid of this hospital and let John Hopkins build something. (2 months ago)

My mom was taken there from a nursing home in March of last year and the staff had about as much professionalism as a toad frog. My mom did pass, but they really did not do anything to extend her life either. The doctor was rude and brash..very rough with her as she was struggling for breath. Yes she was elderly and disabled, I was saddened to learn they were taking her there because while it is clean they are not the sharpest or the best. I work in the healthcare industry and yes it can be stressful, but all people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. (4 months ago)

bruhhh i was born here. this place from what i remember has the most BANGIN baby food around (a week ago)

I was taken to Franklin Square Hospital by ambulance the morning of April 20th for a possible heart attack. The emergency room staff were great, it was when i moved to a room that it went a bit south. I was given 3 clueless residence doctors that I named the 3 stooges to treat me, or figure out what was going on. Now i know everyone has to learn and start somewhere.. But at some point an experienced physician should had seen me. They did not listen, they were more curious about my rare blood disorder i have than why i was brought in, messed up the meds they ordered, which thank god my nurse caught, failed to order the pain meds i needed, which again my nurse got corrected, disregarded the fact I have RA, and failed to order a .C-Reactive Protein, Quant in my lab work that even my nurse asked if they did, especially since my recent results were 6 times higher than it should be. I was discharged with no answers, and all quesses, and i am sure a huge bill. Thank GOD for my nurse Mary. She was amazing, and can't thank her enough.I would think twice about going to this Hospital for anything serious. I had no choice or I would have, knowing how they had treated my daughter 6 months ago. (4 weeks ago)
