Do not go to this hospital. I was a patient here for about a week I was admitted. There are many nurses who have no knowledge of anything and just started working here. I could barely walk and when I called for help no one came to my room until hours later. Nurses were very rude and made fun of me or rolled their eyes or complained when I was very respectful. They did not even know how to put an ivy in me. They blew about 7 veins left me all bruised up and in pain. The cleaning housekeeping crew are rude always on the phone they rarely went to clean my room. When I first got there the room was disgusting it was not cleaned right. The bathroom was very dirty the floors were black and shower there were huge roaches in the bathroom. They really don't care for patients here. The doctors were not really informing me of anything and the few neurologist that came in to see me were extremely rude and racist . (a month ago)

I came in the night before I had my son due to pains in my stomach and in the waiting area I over heard nurses making fun of my heart condition. Not even 24 hours later I went into labor, it was the middle of the night I went to this hospital and a nurse called me stupid because I had my house shoes on the bed and told me to take them off while I was in labor ! My house shoes were the LAST thing on my mind..🙄 then a different nurse who put my IV was putting it in my right hand where I know I have problems and I told her and she said she knows what she’s doing it’s her job and had to keep poking me and I said ouch that hurts and she said to get used to it because I’m about to have a baby and maybe 20 minuets later finally put it in my other hand like I told her to do in the first place and it worked... the IV literally hurt worse than giving birth! Out of the maybe 20 nurses up there I only met maybe 2 nice ones.. needless to say my next child will not be born here.. (in the last week)

Wonderful hospital. I delivered my first child here last week and the doctors, nurses, techs, even housekeeping went above and beyond to make my baby, my husband, and myself feel comfortable during our visit. They are also remodeling the labor and delivery floor, which will be extremely nice when finished, I believe early 2019? Thank you MCA labor and delivery/postpartum floor for making our experience such a great one. Your hard work and compassion for the patients does not go unnoticed!! 5 stars!!! (4 months ago)

The ER is slow but very thorough. Before I moved out of the area MCA was my first choice for emergencies. They also have the best billing code specialist. I have never gotten a bill for an ER visit besides my regular copay. If you want a thorough examination and no stress about billing issues this hospital is the go to. (a month ago)

The worst ER ever!!! The nurses in the birthing center and postpartum floor are great. However, I went to the ER at 11:00pm because I was in labor. I was sent home at 1:00am because I was 3.5 centimeters. In order to get admitted, I was told that I had to be 4 centimeters. I ended up giving birth to my son at 4:40am on my living room floor. As I was being wheeled into the hospital on a stretcher, the ER nurse who discharged us asked, "What happened?" (2 months ago)
