Wonderful hospital. I delivered my first child here last week and the doctors, nurses, techs, even housekeeping went above and beyond to make my baby, my husband, and myself feel comfortable during our visit. They are also remodeling the labor and delivery floor, which will be extremely nice when finished, I believe early 2019? Thank you MCA labor and delivery/postpartum floor for making our experience such a great one. Your hard work and compassion for the patients does not go unnoticed!! 5 stars!!! (2 months ago)

The worst ER ever!!! The nurses in the birthing center and postpartum floor are great. However, I went to the ER at 11:00pm because I was in labor. I was sent home at 1:00am because I was 3.5 centimeters. In order to get admitted, I was told that I had to be 4 centimeters. I ended up giving birth to my son at 4:40am on my living room floor. As I was being wheeled into the hospital on a stretcher, the ER nurse who discharged us asked, "What happened?" (2 weeks ago)

I've been to this hospital on multiple occasions and each time I had a great experience. The staff there is friendly and very attentive to their patients. Building is cleanly kept and service is exceptional. I am quite thankful for this place. (3 weeks ago)

This has to be one of the worst experiences for one of my love one. My brother in law was in this hospital and was placed in a coma, MCA ICU sometimes has caring nurses and the other times they are complaining about not wanting to be there, they are over scheduled. My brother in law had a very bad odor because they did not bathe him. He has been moved to another Hospital and I feel like now he is getting better treatment. (in the last week)

Run! If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not bring your family to this hospital. I felt so bad for my friend here because the staff treated her very unprofessional. I can't believe that a facility with nurses and doctors could treat people like this. You are in a field of helping people, which is a service. Why get in this field if you are being mean and rude to patients?. What if it was your mother laid in the hospital bed? Would u really disrespect, mistreat and ignore her. The nurses get at the nurses station and giggle like highschool girls and make fun of patience. They are rude to patients family members as if they are annoyed she is asking for help or need to be turned. I'm disgusted with these people. I'm They ignore calls when u call in for a nurse. What do u expect from a person who is in the facility? They need your help, hello!!!! I can't believe this place is still operating like this. God will take care of you all, way better than I can so I am going to pray for this facility. Please please do not bring your family here. Yes it has been reported to the administration, I just want people to know what i have experienced since I have been here visiting her. (a month ago)
