My brother in law went there 3 times in one day because he was having a stroke they sent him home each time. A friend finally drove him to Cincinnati and they were surprised he was still alive he ended up with blood on his brain. His brother went to here last week and was having a stroke and couldn't walk they sent him home with pain pills. He was driven to Cincinnati and was told he had a stroke. It use to be a good hospital but a hospital is only as good as the doctors that work there. (a month ago)

Worst ER experience ever! My husband was sent to the emergency room by his doctor who deemed his condition an emergency. This is a poorly staffed and managed emergency room. My husband's condition worsened rather than improved. The staff was rude and very unprofessional. We know triage. We knew he wasn't the most urgent, but they wouldn't even give him the time of day. I'm sure they'll lie their way out of any culpability, but, there it is! My husband finally gave up and left. His condition was much worse than when he arrived. If you value your life, go to another ER. Unless you're well known in Maysville or a drug overdose, they won't help you! (2 months ago)

Very unprofessional! Does this hospital not follow HIPPA? They need to learn what the law is and how to correclty apply it. Radiology staff was very rude and the nurse wasn't to thrilled to be working it seemed. Will not be using this hospital again! Someone higher up needs to train this staff in privacy and the ER needs to learn to speek quieter when dealing with patients outside of the rooms. I can identify peoples names and thier problem just by sitting in one of the ER rooms. Way to go Meadowview, you officially violate HIPPA! (2 weeks ago)

Unless the emergency is worth being charged as much as humanly possible for the most basic care, I would NOT recommend coming here. A friend and I had second degree grease back in May 2017, and went there for help. When I filled out the paper work, they helped my friend first and left me in pain for over half an hour in the meantime. My burn was much worse due to the surface area and I was burned first, so the oil was boiling hot on impact. Then when I finally did get help, they simply put some cream on it and handed me some bandages to use daily. Well for all of that, they charged me almost $2000!!! For some cream and bandages and pain medication! Unless you're willing to deal with overpriced care that is mediocre at best, I'd recommend toughing through the pain to get literally anywhere else. I’m a kid and I went there a few hours ago, it was a very good hospital and everyone was so nice. No one was rude and all the docters were really cool I’m just sayin that their at least good with kids in my opinion. I have a fractured ankle and they were very gently with my foot while taking x-rays and stuff. They were funny and caring docters idk what y’all are saying about “worst hospital ever” it’s the best I’ve been to so sha bye. (3 months ago)
