Just wanted to recognize Jake Johnson. He gave me the best IV ever. I usually feel like I'm going to pass out or sometimes do. I have difficult veins to use. He looked over my arms very good and picked the spot. I barely felt it. This may not seem like a big deal but it was to me. Thanks again! (3 weeks ago)

I arrived feeling miserable and out of strength. The staff is something special. The emergency room, operating room and OBGyn personnel are outstanding. The catering services were accurate, expedite and very friendly. I will never be able to forget the care I received there. May God bless the good people at McLaren Bay Regional Hospital. :) (2 weeks ago)

I had our baby here, and the staff treated my family like we were their family. Everyone was compassionate to us and took care of our every need. The nurses were excellent and made sure Baby was healthy and so was I. The kitchen staff who brought us our meals were very kind. If we have another baby, I would look forward to coming here again. Not compassionate or caring at all. They laugh in your face about your concerns and treat people like drug addicts. They are rude and not very empathetic when someone is in pain. (in the last week)

I see all these horrible reviews and wonder to myself how some of these people were as a patient. I lost my father on the 31st of January after the nurses and doctors FOUGHT & did everything they could to help him for 34 days. I have never in my life felt like family a hospital. The nurses in the ICU, CCU, 4th & 5th floor were so caring and beyond nice to my father, mother and entire family. We would call for an update and they never rushed us off the phone. The team of Doctors were phenomenal! Very intelligent and kind. I will never be able to thank the hospital enough for everything they did for my father and us. They never gave up hope, they are persistent and dedicated. They become your family. I will highly recommend this hospital and if a person from the hospital reads this, everyone of those nurses and doctors NEEDS to be recognized for their hard work. Thank you again. (2 months ago)
