We recently delivered our little boy at this hospital. Delivery rooms are beautiful, nurses and midwives are amazing, pediatrician was amazing. Just loved our experience at McKee. What really stands out though is that I had intense pain after my delivery. We didn't know what was wrong but the doctors and nurses tirelessly tested me and gave me ultrasounds unless they discovered that I had gallstones. They kept me in the maternity unit with my baby since I was already there and removed my gallbladder. I was watched closely and given lots of support to take care of my newborn while recovering. Really excellent care. I can't say enough good things about this hospital. The surgeon, Dr. Collins, was amazing also. Really excellent experience. Thank you, McKee! (3 weeks ago)

All the nurses were super friendly. They went out of their way to be sure I was comfortable on many occasions. I was greeted by the doctor, the anesthesiologist, and many nurses. Once my procedure was over, the nurse made sure I was okay and talked to me until she knew I could function. The procedure went well and there were no complications. The rooms were a little cool but they gave me a heated blanket (so nice). (a month ago)

My mother ended up there and shes 87 years old. I have power of attorney and It was like pulling teeth to get information from a doctor on her condition. The last day my little boy was up seeing his grandma and the nurse has a fit about him being there. the night before they didn't care, even offered him ice cream. She was so rude and scared my 7 year old. Even my boy understood that she could have been kind about it. He said they have horrible customer service don't they dad. There you go, out from the mouth of babes. (2 months ago)

I have been here many many times. Its always a long wait time while sitting in the er room. It takes at least 30 minutes to be seen by any kind of nurse or doctor. When you call to let them know the medicine isnt working, they make you come back in even if it has been less than 12 hours since you were there. I will never be coming back here again after yesterdays experience. Do not go here if you actually want to feel better. (a month ago)

He'll no do not have your baby here. They are not experienced with preemie or babies that have issue. My grandson was born here and mom got great care but some of the nurses and pediatricians in the nursery SUCK. Things were not done when they should have been. Attitudes were shity. The pediatrician the kids picked will not come look at his patient because of some excuse. Just shotty all the way around (a week ago)
