Location and Directions

I have only been treated with respect at this location and the Scottsdale location. Both places are fantastic. They have top doctors and make appointments quickly. Sometimes there is a long wait for some doctors, but the wait is worth it. I have MS and was diagnosed in Tucson and then came to Mayo for a second opinion. I also made an appointment at Barrows in Phoenix. Unfortunately the service for my appointment at Barrows made me cry. The service here is always so caring. I feel the doctors are on my side. I have always received quick follow ups and if there’s ever a confusion, a quick follow up using the app or via phone clears things up. I’m so impressed by the breadth of knowledge and superior treatments that I get here. In addition, the facilities are beautiful and I feel happy (if that’s possible) to be there. I’m grateful there are facilities like this with the best caring administrators as well as knowledgeable, top notch doctors. (2 weeks ago)

This hospital was simply amazing. The staff is incredibly compassionate and professional. In particular, the nurses I had during my stay in 4W (Lyndsey, Juli, Marissa, Jessica, Alex). You guys were awesome! I had an incredibly difficult surgery, and a difficult recovery, but felt nothing but compassion and support from the staff the entire way. The facility itself is beautiful inisde and out. I really can't say enough good things here. Just top notch medical care combined with excellent facilities. (2 months ago)

There is no where better in the USA. I was diagnosed in 2015 with stage 4 Head and Neck Cancer. I moved to Houston Texas to be treated at the MD Anderson Cancer Center. Although I think the skills are definitely there, the organization is horrible. I had to basically manage my own patient care. The difference between the MD Anderson and Mayo Clinic facilities is night and day. I loved the Mayo and all of the people there. Everything was so organized and professional. I always felt safe and that I was getting the best care possible. I am sad this year my insurance will not cover me there. If possible I would be back there in a heart beat. Do not worry about a couple of bad reviews you may see here. Satisfied people such as me rarely leave reviews but upset people go out of their way. You can see the good reviews far outweigh the bad ones. (4 months ago)

I had visited multiple doctors around the valley and no one listened. Every one of them looked at me like I was crazy and just gave me band-aid fixes. Over a month of going through serious pain and my husband decided to bring me to Mayo. I arrived to the ER at 8am and was treated with tremendous respect. They listened to every concern I had and I had a proper Diagnosis in just under 4.5 hours. Doctor Chandler MD, Edmund L was fantastic as well as Tracy Lynn the nurse. Everyone was really friendly and personable. I would highly recommend Mayo to anyone in need of amazing quality care. (4 months ago)

Great hospital, if at all possible, make the trip to Mayo. This is a great facility with professionals that are knowledgeable and care. At least Mayo won't scam you like Honor Health. (a month ago)
